One day before your transfer, your driver or coordinator will contact you via WhatsApp or message to reconfirm the pickup time, specific meeting point at the port, and any special requests. Port Pickup: After landing and clearing customs, proceed to the arrivals hall where your driver will be waiting with a sign showing the lead traveler’s name. If your schedule allows, we can arrange a short Tokyo tour during your transfer to the airport, so you can explore a few highlights along the way (additional cost applies). Confirmation was quick and driver communication was good. The vehicle is a van (Alphard), comfortable and can easily fit 4 passengers with lots of room for luggage. If you have less luggage then can take 5 people. I would definitely recommend this type of transport if transferring from the port with luggage to a hotel or the airport as it is quite far away (about 1 hour to Tokyo city or Narita).
