We were extremely disappointed. The driver spoke no english, he didn't point out any landmarks. We got to Tokyo but didn't feel we experienced anything, so we just told him to take us back to our cruise ship in Yokoyama.

They are not able to provide landmark introductions or guided commentary. We do offer an English-speaking tour guide service as an optional upgrade.
