We had a wonderful walking tour with the best guide Will. Sadly we never had the chance to see Kew Gardens which we paid for and was the primary reason we booked the tour. The entire green line suffered severe delays with no train eta. Requiring us to purchase a garden ticket and then relay on public transportation is a recipe for failure.
Brandon is very knowledgeable, fun and well-organized. The tour was well paced, entertaining for a diverse audience and encouraged participation.
Fabulous walking tour. Brandon was a fun and informative guide. It was packed with interesting facts and amusing stories. We felt it was worth the cost. We took the tour which included Kew Gardens which is about 7 miles from the Westminster Abby where the walking tour ends. It was easy to take the overground to Kew.
Mark is an excellent tour guide! He knew all the right places to go, all the best places to take pictures, and shared stories and knowledge for the entire tour! Hours of the most fascinating history and interesting facts. He was incredible. We are only here for a few days, and the walking tour truly was “the best of Westminster.” It made spectacular use of the first half of the day. However, I would personally recommend pairing the walking tour with Westminster Abbey. The Gardens were lovely, but a little underwhelming and it felt like we spent the last half of our day traveling out to the gardens and then back, not spending much actual time there.. The pairing with Kew Gardens was strange for how this tour was set up and I would go so far as to say they should reconsider the paring.
John was extremely knowledgeable about British history, and a very entertaining teacher. The topics of the tour were not as expected, though. Based on the title of the tour, we did not anticipate that we would be learning about the homes around Green Park. We were looking forward to learning about Westminster Abbey and Key Gardens, as those were two of the key sites listed in the tour we chose. Therefore we were a bit disappointed.
We booked the Kew gardens and 3 hour Westminster tour through Viator and was assigned with Top Site tours. 3 hr walking tour was excellent and the tour guide Adrain got excellent knowledge about the history of the attractions. We enjoyed very much so. The part about Kew Gardens. Adrain gave us tickets and you are on your own going and coming back. Wished we were told before as unguided and no transportation included.
I wanted to book a tour/activity on my last day in London so I searched places that I've been wanting to visit. Kew gardens was one of them, and when I searched the place, I saw this tour. Westminster walking tour + ticket to Kew gardens included. Not my first time to London, but never had a chance to see changing of the guards so I thought it would be a good idea. I went for the tour because the price was reasonable too. Looking back, I was able to see Westminster area a lot more efficiently with a guide compared to seeing by myself. Also, loved local stories from Will. Very pleasant, lighthearted tour, I highly recommend! 만족스러웠고 런던 여행하시는 분들께 추천합니다 :)
