Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter provides an amazing opportunity to explore the magic of the Harry Potter™ films – the most successful film series of all time. Special Seasonal Events - Dark Arts (16 September to 8 November): The Great Hall is transformed with floating pumpkins and a Halloween spread. Encounter roaming Death Eaters and Dementors, duel against the Dark Side, and follow the Dark Mark trail with a special activity passport. Not for the faint hearted. Hogwarts in the Snow (14 November 2026 to 17 January 2027): The Great Hall is dressed in its iconic Christmas decoration, the Gryffindor common room is festively decorated, and the Hogwarts castle model is blanketed in snow using techniques from the original films. A truly magical winter experience.

Maybe some more info about the attraction Harry Potter studio and how to get more from it. Example explain the pass port. And how to deal with it. Or when you get to the train your half way through. Just generic info. Instead it's big and where to meet back. It may make the experience better.
Great opportunity for the kiddos to experience the magic of movie sets and unravel the majestic! Seeing the smile on their faces from hoping on the bus in London and throughout the tour, was priceless!
Pros: The buses were clean and air conditioned as advertised and the ride there and back was smooth. Booking this tour was extremely helpful for us since tickets at the entry time we wanted were sold out on the direct studio tour site and this one offered our ideal timing. They had great customer service as we wanted to come back from the tour early and the onsite attendant was able to arrange for us to come back on an earlier bus. Cons: The company needs to provide better instructions for the meeting point for the Victoria stop. We arrived at the correct station but it wasn’t exactly clear where we had to go once we arrived since instructions just said to meet at the station. Without any further details, I assumed it would be on the side of the street and easy to spot. After waiting a few minutes and not seeing anyone and afraid I would miss the bus, I called their customer service number and the rep communicated the specific meeting point to me, which was inside the station! The company attendant meets you onsite when you arrive at the studio tour to distribute your tickets but I thought I read that they’d escort you to the front of the line to avoid the regular queue which didn’t happen. You just had to go in the regular line, which is longer than the tour group lines. Overall, it was a great experience for us but it would have been slightly smoother if they could have made these last two points clear in their communication.
Amazing experience loved the great hall, Gringotts bank and every bit of it. However the tour provider did not give proper details about the meeting point. Inspite of messaging them 2 days ahead asking for directions they never responded. We had to call the number provided as a last resort to get into the bus.
The directions on where to meet Were unclear and i missed my bus. Thanks goodness i was able to go with anotjer groip. Please tell tourist specifics so they can fond their way.
I had low expectations and I was wrong. This was AMAZING to visit and getting there by bus was worth the extra money. It’s not close to London and if we had to travel to get there via public transport it would have been miserable.
This is not at all like Harry Potter World in Florida and California. There are no rides and simulations (like shops to enter in Diagon Alley). It’s more educational about the making of the films and a museum of film artifacts.
Pick up and drop off were very smooth. The studio tour was excellent and very interesting even if you are not very familiar with Harry Potter.
A must for Harry Potter fans. Safe and convenient round trip bus transport. You will get 5 hours there. If you want longer time then plan your own travel.
Was magical. Being able to live and see the whole experience then share with kids is wild. Some things like some of the videos seem a tad dated, and wish there was more to Azkaban or the villain side of things. But it’s a must-do if you’re visiting the UK
