Alan, the tour guide made it loads of fun. The tour guide on the boat portion was equally great. This experience exceeded our expectations.
Bus was clean, driver was safe and guide gave a lot of good information about London. Cruise on Thames was nice, although we had to wait in a pretty long line. Commentator on river cruise was entertaining.
Fantastic scenic ride throughout London. Got to see all the top spots and learn a little bit about each. Stephen and Eugene were great! The river cruise was also a wonderful way to see more sites from a different perspective. The whole family really enjoyed the tour!
The Vintage Bus Tour was fantastic! Lisa was very knowledgeable and made us laugh! My kids are 8 and 10 and they absolutely loved it! Shawn was a great driver! He kept us safe and was excellent at navigating the busy London streets!
Tour started well with the bus. The cruise was interesting until Westminster, but as the next stop (London Eye) arrived the stop was so short that the crew asked us to wait and let passengers board before letting us off. The crew simply told us to wait while they were obviously removing the jetty and heading off. Arguments flew , it to no avail as the staff would do nothing… 15 passengers wanting to alight were not listened to , but as you all know on board the captain is always right… unpleasant but the boat did finally turn around .
Thank you for taking the time to post a review of your tour, Daniel! We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the tour up until the unfortunate events on the river cruise. This was the first time our group has experienced such a situation - we are investigating this with the cruise provider to ensure that it does not happen again in the future, and we apologise for any distress it may have caused you on the day.
Tour guide was alot of fun and very knowledgeable! Enjoyed the Uber boat ride & the London eye. Would recommend.
Did this tour with Lisa, this was our best tour of our stay and 3rd tour but she gave us info we hadn’t been told previously and covered a lot of sites. Followed by the river cruise which was great! Being a beautiful sunny day also always helps.
We added on the London Eye experience after the bus and water tour. We were under the impression from the first guide we were being taken back to the station where the tour started but instead we had to get a cab to take us back to our hotel after the London Eye experience Future clients need to be aware that they are own their own once they get off the London Eye
The perfect taste of London. We were able to see everything!!!! No way we could have taken in all of these sights on our own. Terrific value! Lisa and Eugene were fantastic!
Harrowing ride through loaded London streets, more fun than an amusement park ride just watching our driver! Lisa was wonderful and taught us a ton despite the intermittent rain. Was the perfect trip to acquaint us on our first day in the city. Boat tour was frosting on the cake!
