Located on the top three floors of Prudential Tower, you'll get panoramic indoor and outdoor views of the city like nowhere else. Step onto the Cloud Terrace for an al fresco experience with a cocktail from Stratus, Boston's premier outdoor lounge (Open from 3PM-10PM). The immersive exhibits offer an interactive look at the city. Use the Explore Boston screen to get recommendations on must-see places during your stay or create your own itinerary with a free ViewPrint experience. Make your visit complete with a stop at Boston 365, where a 3D model of the city highlights the spirit and energy of Boston at different times of the year. No more kiosks, Bistro restaurant permanently closed, status bar closed, no view itinerary upon leaving, no photo keepsakes
there is no restaurant so if you want to eat must go before or after there are no drink or bar I was disappointed because it would be a perfect place to enjoy a coffee or tea with such a great view
Experience overpriced. The views was great that's about it you can do it in 15 minutes. Everything else was whacked. Fake flowers everywhere it didn't make sense. Table and chairs not in order just a 15 walk-around nothing worth that price.
We were late getting to The prudential center because we were late getting back from a duck boat tour but we thought we would still try to see if we could still make the observation deck. We COULD NOT even find where we were supposed to go. There’s no signs directing you and not a sign that says To observation deck. So we didn’t get to go up. We were pretty bummed we didn’t find it.
Great experience, the view of the city in each direction was incredible!! Located in the Prudential building.
Was ok , wouldn’t do again , views are fine but if your used to scale like NYC observatories this can’t compare Staff were non existent
Saw a fbook ad for View Boston and thought we should give it a try since we had extra time. It was a great time with excellent views. There was plenty of room on the deck and the bar was a nice touch. We hung out until a little after sunset, would definitely go back next time we are in the area.
Even though it was raining 🌧️ and windy, this was a great experience. You could see 50% of the City. The atmosphere was so peaceful, clean and inviting. Definitely worth it. I will be returning to the View.
Seeing Boston from the roof top was a privilege and an honor. I got meet a dear friend while touring. She described some the view, shared stories about herself and her family. It is a good place for viewing and connections. I would want to be proposed to up there! Won't you?!

My great nieces and I visited in the evening just before sunset, and the experience was amazing from the moment we stepped out of the elevator — definitely a wow reaction! We spent over an hour exploring the enclosed observation area on the 52nd floor, taking in the incredible views from every angle. Afterward, we took the stairs down to the open deck, which made the experience even better. There’s a bar and light appetizers available if you want to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. We found a table facing west and watched the sunset as the sky changed colors. It was such a beautiful and memorable experience for all of us.
