It was such an incredible trip. We saw a ton of whales, seals and dolphins. The lady who was speaking was great! We went on Saturday, 7/25.
Amazing experience. We saw whales dolphins sharks. Boat was quite comfortable. Weather was perfect Top level is best
The crew was very knowledgeable about whales and they were also friendly. We saw 7 humpback whales. We went on the 9am cruise. Perfect weather.
Great guide with tons of knowledge to share. We saw 7 whales and many other animals. Memorable and fun.
Tour was excellent. Great big boat with good drinks and snacks. Smart guides who knew everything. Good value. Bring sunblock
Our Viator booking clearly told us to meet at 4:00 PM and provided the meeting location. There was no indication that we needed to arrive earlier. When we arrived at 4:00 PM, the boat had already departed. Viator later told us we should have arrived 45 minutes early and claimed this was under a “Know Before You Go” tab — a tab that does not exist on our booking. We also received no text or additional instructions from the operator, as we normally do with Viator tours. We asked for a refund or even a Viator credit but were refused because we hadn’t “cancelled 24 hours in advance.” We didn’t cancel — we showed up at the time we were told to! If guests need to arrive 45 minutes early, this should be clearly stated on the booking. Very disappointing customer service from Viator. My tip is go directly to the tour operator who told us that they had lots of problems with 3rd party booking agents. Expensive lesson to learn for the three of us!
Awesome tour. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. More people than expected but still opportunities to see the whales.
Perfectly well organized. A nice experience. We were lucky and watched dolphins, mola-mola, shark, and 6 whales!
So amazing and beautiful, love the view
What a great morning for whale watching! The guide, Ibrahim, was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of info about whale behavior as we watched a group of 5 humpback whales. Our daughter was feeling a little seasick and multiple crew members checked on her throughout the morning and brought her ice water.
