The famous Plaza de la Virgen encompasses several historical periods that our guide will reveal with passion and enthusiasm, given that today it is one of the most loved squares by Valencians.
It is the "Kilometre 0" of the ancient Roman city. Here you can see one of the most important archaeological sites in Europe.
The Metropolitan Cathedral–Basilica of the Assumption of Our Lady of Valencia, alternatively known as Saint Mary's Cathedral or Valencia Cathedral, is a Roman Catholic parish church in Valencia.
A perfect spot to contemplate the baroque facade of the Cathedral, as well as the famous Miguelete, a 14th century bell tower that serves as a lookout over the city.
The church of Santa Catalina, one of the 10 founding parishes of the city, offers incredible views from the top of its tower, which is considered a jewel of the Baroque period.
It is striking to see such spectacular and expressive gargoyles on 15th century Wall Street, as if they continue to send an ancient message, and yet so fashionable... I guess, despite the passage of time, people are still the same. The now-visitable monument offers an unparalleled version of 15th century life.
The central market is located in an ancient trading area, as it is on the same spot where the Arab souk of ancient Balansiya once stood. Today, the almost 8000m2 of commercial space is one of the largest covered markets in Europe.
The second tower that remained standing after the wall was demolished in 1865. It was used as a prison while the wall was being demolished, which is why it is still standing. Today you can still see the cannon marks left by the various wars in its wake.
Gothic in style, it is considered to be the main entrance to the city. This was the main entrance for kings and ambassadors.

This tour was one of the worst experiences we've ever had while traveling. The tour guide supplied by this vendor made multiple crass, sexual jokes that made the entire experience uncomfortable, including one about his grandmother discovering him masturbating. The vendor refused to provide a refund after we complained following the tour.

When picking up 4 bikes it was indicated that they are more expensive than other bike rental companies because of a much better service. Unfortunately, we had to deal with a flat tire mid-afternoon. Contacted, but they could do nothing for us. That's not really the better service you expect!!

Onze collega vroeg vervolgens vriendelijk om je live locatie via WhatsApp te sturen en legde uit hoe dat werkt. Helaas ontvingen we daarna geen bericht of oproep meer, waardoor we niet wisten waar jullie waren en jullie dus niet konden helpen. We vinden het erg jammer dat dit zo is verlopen en zullen intern bespreken hoe we onze protocollen kunnen verbeteren om dit soort situaties in de toekomst te voorkomen.
Beautiful tour from city to beach with great guidance from a friendly Dutch speaking guide. Definitely recommended if you are in Valencia 👍🏻
Wat een heerlijke review – dank je wel! 😊 We vinden het geweldig om te horen dat je hebt genoten van de fietstour van stad naar strand. Valencia is echt prachtig op twee wielen, en met zo’n gezellige Nederlandstalige gids erbij wordt het helemaal een topervaring! Super dat je ons aanbeveelt – dat waarderen we enorm. Hopelijk mogen we je nog eens verwelkomen voor een nieuwe tocht, misschien langs een andere route of met een nieuw verhaal onderweg. 🚴♂️🌞

Great experience . We hired bikes for the family and spent a few hours cycling down towards the sea. The team in the main office at c/de l'Herba 4 were friendly, welcoming and happily helped us plan our route. We felt they were more than just a ‘bike hire’ venue…they cared about their customers. Then, the next day we booked a private cycling/e-scooter tour of the old city / urban art with David for a couple of hours. David targeted his tour at our age a group, not making it overly historical but ensuring it was fun. He uniquely covered topics no other guide in my experience has ever spoken about (yes, really) - which made for a hugely enjoyable time. We certainly got to know the city a little better.

This is a great way to see the city. Valencia has great bike paths. David was our tour guide and he is a native of Valencia. Therefore he had very interesting stories from personal experience. Our teenage children really enjoyed him as did we.

We did a Segway tour. Our guide Santiago was amazing. Half out group had never ridden a Segway before, so he helped us quickly learn. Then he took us on a tour of old Valencia. He was extremely knowledgeable and shared the information in a very accessible and interesting way. He was able to answer all our questions. Another employee Christina joined our group and took pictures of us in front of different places. We could have easily spent more time with Santiago and Christina -- we had an amazing time. I highly recommend this tour!

A brilliant tour of the historic city lead by the witty and knowledgeable David. The tour took in historical buildings, religious buildings and local street art. David clearly knew his stuff and brought everything to life with his vivid descriptions.
