Unforgettable Fes Cooking Class with a local

Super attentive staff and family Mood, comfortable and large rooms and great location, close to the parking lot

We had enjoyed our afternoon learning with Zequia and Mufi our kitchen classes: morocan salad, lamb cous-cous and mint tea. They explained every step and were very warmy with us. Just missed doing some moroccan dessert in between the waits of the cous-cous preparation. But we would repeat the experience!

When you book things, you always run a risk of not knowing exactly what you have booked. My wife and I booked Unbelievable Fes Cooking Class through Desert Fes Trips and we had no idea about it, but we were not to be worried. Nabil and Abdul, the chef, were absolutely fantastic. Some of the most genuine and warmest people I have ever met. We know we will stay in touch with them. As for the cooking class, well, to start with it was a class. Despite the fact that Abdul is a TV chef, he did no cooking or prep. It was all down to us. He just gave us expert advice and guidance. The whole morning was filled with delightful laughs and as both of them wanted, it felt like 4 mates cooking together at home. I can't rate them highly enough. Absolute Gold. Miss this at your peril because you won't find a better class where you cook beautiful Moroccan food with beautiful Moroccan people. 5 stars.
