The whole trip was smoothly run, with the only area for improvement on the first day van's air conditioning, which was either not powerful enough under the extreme heat or switched off to save energy. But our driver on the second day Hamid did a good job, both by his newer van with more powerful air con and his willingness to keep it on at full gear! He also took us to lunch at a very nice villa having both swimming pool view and good buffet, which is a sharp contrast to that on the first day when a simple set lunch was provided but at similar price.
Mohamed was the driver, a very kind person who tells you a lot of interesting things about what you are seeing and about life in Morocco. Also, the excursion experience was super cool; obviously, the desert stands out, a fantastic night with the show, and you felt very included by the local people there. Plus, the camel ride was better than expected and they take very nice photos of you. The rest of the excursion was also very cool; if there is something else I can highlight, it is the canyon and the kasbah. I want to highlight Mohamed again because the truth is he treated us super well and made sure we didn't get scammed.
Our guide Louzi was so kind and gave us great explanations about the places we visited. We had a wonderful experience over the three days. Although the desert camp was located on the edge of the desert, the tent had air conditioning and was comfortable. It was quite hot during the day, so it would have been nice if we could have ridden the camels a bit later in the evening.
My friend and I spend two days with Saïd as our guide in the desert trip. He showed us the beauty of the country and was willing to answer all the questions we had. On top of that he made us laugh constantly, with jokes and spontenouas actions. Thank you Saïd!!
Saïd was a wonderful driver and an excellent tour guide! He was kind, funny, and made us feel comfortable throughout the trip. He drove very safely, and we really enjoyed chatting with him along the way. He made the journey even more enjoyable. We wish him all the best and send him our warmest greetings!!
It was a good trip. It was fun. I want to come back. The camel was quiet.
Very good experience both with the guide and with the activities.
It is quite a lot of driving, but our driver was very good. You have to pay for lunch yourself, and there are many other places where you can spend extra money (e.g., scarf). But it was a really cool experience with a very impressive landscape. Our driver's name was Hamid
Good overall experience. Information during the trip could’ve been more clear (morning briefs & handover between guides in the desert). Said drove us from us from Merzouga to Marrakesh and did a good job.
Such a great experience! Our guide Siad was phenomenal!!! He was so kind and went out of his way to make our experience enjoyable!!!
