- Please bring a refillable water bottle, as single-use plastic bottles are not allowed within the Tulum archaeological site.
- The pickup time depends on your hotel's location.
- Minimun age: 6 years old.
- Guests must meet a minimum height requirement of 3.9 feet (1.20 meters).
- No devices are allowed inside the cenote.
- GoPro devices, tablets, and selfie sticks are subject to fees payable directly at the box office in the Tulum Ruins. Professional photography equipment and drones are strictly prohibited.
- Not recommended for travelers with limited mobility.

The Tulum, Turtles, and Cenote excursion was a fantastic side getaway from our Riviera Maya resort stay led by our guide, Super Mario (aka Gato)! He explained things well, was extremely knowledgeable and funny, took super good care to ensure the safety of a nervous child in the cenote, and provided the best instructions I’ve ever had for snorkeling making it a great experience. 5 Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was a great adventure start to finish. Mario (Gato) and Jose took care of us from pickup to drop off and everywhere in between. Tulum was hot 🥵 but fascinating and the cenote was so refreshing afterwards and equally fascinating! Swimming with the turtles was also a rare treat. Also I recommend the ceviche and hibiscus tea at the restaurant afterwards, super tasty. Very nice excursion.
This tour was such a great way to kick off our first full day in Tulum. Our guide was great; Gato brought in humor to keep us laughing and was also very accommodating of those who needed different support (e.g., fears, allergens). From the archaeological site, to the cenote, to the turtle snorkel, everything went smooth and my husband and I enjoyed this immensely.

We had an incredible experience on this trip! The mini bus arrived on time and everything was well organised! We had Jorge Luis and I’m sorry I forgot the drivers name but they were both friendly, funny and always made sure we were ok, well hydrated and not hungry! We got complimentary water and snacks on the bus! The trip itself is one everyone should do! The Mayan Ruins were incredible to see! Luis gave us a tour with lots of interesting information and then we had an hour to walk around ourselves! Then we went to the cenote! Which were stunning!!!! We had a Mayan perform a ritual on us! We went into the deepest cave we were allowed in and Luis told us the history and how it all worked! (Pre warning it’s cold but you get used to it!)! The turtles were next! We saw so many turtles it was amazing to see them in their natural habitat! The day we went it was a little choppy at sea but we still managed to see them clearly and quite a few of them! (Even a baby one!) Finally we went to lunch! It was on a lovely secluded beach and the food was delicious! All in all a fantastic trip! Highly recommend!
