Isla Mujeres Luxury Sailing: Adults Only or Family Friendly

The trip was a 10/10 experience from check in to the very end. The staff were very attentive and nice. They give us tips on how to navigate through out the island we were able to do a free tequila tasting. The vibes were good, music was great, food and drinks even better. Gabriel was amazing next time I’m in Mexico I definitely will be booking agains.

The experience was really fun. The crew was amazing and went out of their way to make sure that we were taken care of throughout the entire trip. The snorkeling was only 20 minutes, which was too short and then they took us to Isla de la Mujeres, where we were dropped off on the beach for 3+ hours. Isla de la Mujeres is a true tourist trap with stores and overpriced restaurants. We rented a taxi for $100 and toured the island which was a lot of fun. I don’t appreciate the fact that they advertise the price as $55 per person and then charge you an extra $40 per person when you get to the boat and they call it a docking fee. This should be prominently advertised on Tripadvisor. All in all, a great experience.

This is a must-do activity if you’re staying in the area! We were picked up at our hotel promptly and went on a 15 minute ride to the marina. Diego was our guide on the boat and the entire crew was great! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The snorkeling and swimming was the highlight for my friend and I, but you need to be a relatively strong swimmer because the currents can be difficult. I would suggest bringing cash (in Mexican Pesos) for your stop at Isla de Mujeres because there’s a ton of activities and lots of things to buy and food to try. Be careful you don’t get scammed! Diego gave us tips and tricks about this too. Overall, our experience was incredible and I would definitely recommend this tour!

The trip and crew was amazing we had a great time!!drinks were delicios ..we really enjoyed our time in the island!!the guide explained us perfectly clear where to go and what was good or not super good thank you .we will do it again.

It would be important to note the length of stay at the beach, which we felt was far too long. We also felt the snorkeling portion of the trip was way too short. The bus ride on the way back was over 2 hours. This was not something we could recommend

great hosts and service. water was beautiful including the north beach recommendation. Be ready for an earlier meal if you are traveling at 830 trip!

It was a great excursion but, a long & uncomfortable day. I don’t recommend if you can’t swim because there were 2 middle of the ocean/water stops before arriving on the island. Because some people in my party couldn’t swim, we were stuck on the boat, in the sun while others swam. Another downside is that once we arrived on the island, we had to stay for 3 hours with no transportation back. We rented a scooter for an hour and went to the beach during that time. The beach charges for everything and we weren’t willing to pay because we had an all-inclusive beach at our resort. We ended up returning the scooter early and sitting at The Black Pearl Restaurant for the last 2hrs. 1.5-2hrs would have been enough time to be on the island. 3hrs was miserable. On the brighter side, the catamaran crew of 5 were amazing, attentive, and made the experience better!

It was a well balanced excursion-provided a balance of activities & also down time to relax at the beach or go shopping!

Tour is quite interesting, suitable for families with children, not getting too tired, diving to see a lot of fish and coral.
