Your adventure takes place at an international awarded eco-adventure park located along the famous Ruta de los Cenotes, surrounded by nature and authentic jungle scenery. Enjoy an exciting ATV ride along dusty, and bumpy trails designed to maximize fun and adventure. Take flight on 3 exhilarating zip-lines and prove your balance on the skyboard and swim in a stunning fresh and clear water cenote hidden within the jungle. Our guide was awesome. However, the ATV were in the worst shape I’ve ever seen. They should never be used on any adventure. They are very unsafe. The zip lines was not what I would consider a zip line. I’ve done a few and this one was like something you would have in your backyard. I’ve never been on any excursion where I’ve seen the employees approach people and ask them if they left a tip. If the answer was no then they asked them to leave one. The included meal was good but no drinks are included, they need to be purchased separately. And you must tip the waiter, they will wait at your table until you do. I understand that they rely on tips, but I found their methods overbearing on this excursion.

Our tour guide nacho was amazing very friendly and interactive with our group and make sure if anything that we needed we get and made sure we feel comfortable and the service was amazing even the other staff made sure we feel welcome and made us laugh and gave us an experience we will remember
