The experience is so incredible that it takes you to live the Mayan jungle in its 3 terrains, in the air on our Ziplines, in the water at our cenote, and on land on our ATVs. It is important to mention that only 18 years old and above are permitted to drive, if not, you need to share an ATV. All our vans are sanitized daily, we are a certified company in Quintana Roo. Pickup Locations & Times
If your hotel is not listed, means you need to go for a special meeting point, please let us know in which hotel are you gonna stay so a representative of our company can contact you to indicate the meeting point and pick up time. This service has two different schedules, the first one is for a morning tour and the pick up for Cancun is between 7:30 am to 8:30 am, for Playa del Carmen is between 7:00 to 8:50 and the second is for a noon tour and the pick up for Cancun is between 11:30 am to 12:30 pm and for Playa del Carmen is between 11:00 am to 12:55 pm. The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact schedule via mail or via text message. The activity starts at 9:30 and 13:30. In case you select a different zone than the one your hotel is located in, your reservation will be edited with the correct zone through the booking engine.

Book this through Expedia for a family of four. 2 adults 2 kids. The day before the excursion I get message to confirm the reservation for two adults. So I explained that it was 2 adults and 2 kids. They said the kids were not paid for and had to pay $55 USD per child. So that's a total of $110 extra. If I book way in advance for All packages for a family of 4 how can this be misinterpreted as 2 adults only. What the heck was I supposed to do with the kids? Leave them at the hotel? I was forced to pay or miss the money that I already paid for the excursion since it's less than 24 hours later. Here I am with Expedia trying to get this resolved.. great job trying to screw over people. I wish I could take pictures but you know they make you get their package $55 for one person or $109 for two or more. So no you can't even take your own pictures they want to make you pay for another excursion just for some damn picture...

Alan was a great tour guide; he kept things fresh. That being said, Much cheaper than what the resort is going to sell you but you do get what you pay for. Transportation was convenient, pickup from the hotel. They will try to upcharge you for a more “premium” experience when you get there on top of what you ordered. Overall it was decent, the cenote was probably the best part, everything else is underwhelming unless you have kids. The zip lines are maybe 15-20 feet high. Quad ride is slow with a lot of stops. A tequila company owns it so they do an advertisement as a “tasting”. Pictures are 80 dollars for 2 people, and they feed you 2 meager tacos at the end of it.
Guide name is Nacho, he was the greatest. I recommend him 10/10. If I were to come back I would request him again. Great at explaining and was very fun and knowledgeable.
