Very nice experience with the quad, ziplines and cenote. However, the “Mayan” experience did feel a bit staged. The people there were also very pushy to buy souvenirs.

We did the adrenaline experience with our kids and like the other reviews it was max 1 hour of activities and 4-5 hours of standing around. All of the equipment is run down and dying. Our ATVs completely died MULTIPLE times. The Zipline is incredibly unsafe- there are guys at the bottom running to stop you from crashing into something, the threads you’re riding on get all cinched up and tangled. The tour guide smoked cigarettes CONSTANTLY. After getting picked up the van stops on the side of the road and they start asking to run your credit card. Then on the way back from the trip after begging to be put on a shuttle our guide made us feel incredible unsafe, spoke poorly of us the entire ride and instead of dropping us back at the resort as we paid for we were dropped on the side of the road… again, with two young kids.

The jungle experience was great! Me and my cousin couldn't believe that we rode atvs, 1 zipline into water, 4 ziplines, rappel, swam in a cenote, saw sleeping fruit bats & had lunch for such an awesome price. Our guide Sergio was the best! He made sure you felt comfortable, safe & had fun!
From the beginning, the experience was a bit frustrating. Our pickup was scheduled for 12:30 PM, but we weren’t picked up until around 1:00 PM. We were rushed and reminded several times about being punctual, only to then be left waiting outside for the van, which felt unnecessary and disorganized. Once we arrived, things continued to feel a bit chaotic. There were multiple groups arriving at the same time, and there wasn’t a clear schedule or explanation of how the day would flow, which left many of us confused about what was happening next. I do want to be clear that our guide Sergio was amazing—this review is not a reflection of him at all. The best part of the experience was definitely the cenote. The ATV portion, however, was a bit underwhelming, as it wasn’t really through the jungle but more along a dirt road. The sequence of activities felt all over the place: we started with the zipline into the water, then ATVs, then the cenote, followed by two more ziplines, ATVs back to the starting point, and then another zipline back to the cenote area. The constant back-and-forth added to the confusion. Overall, it was still a good experience, but it would be so much better with more structure and clearer organization. If there were a more defined flow to the activities and better communication about what to expect, it would make a big difference and help guests feel more relaxed and present throughout the day.

In your specific case, two important situations affected the tour’s logistics: Pick-up assignment: From the beginning, you were assigned the closest available pick-up point in order to optimize timing and ensure smooth operations for all guests. However, the decision was later made to switch to the first pick-up point, which directly impacted the overall logistics of the tour. Communication and cause of the delay: As an agency, we kept you informed at all times about the delay that occurred that day, as well as about the accident that took place, which was an external and unforeseen factor that affected transportation times. These changes and extraordinary circumstances impacted transportation coordination and the development of the itinerary. For this reason, as an agency, we strongly emphasize respecting assigned pick-up points and schedules, as well as maintaining constant communication to minimize disruptions and ensure the best possible experience. We reiterate that our goal is to provide an organized, transparent, and satisfying experience for all guests, and we appreciate this type of feedback as it allows us to continue improving our processes.

The policy stated refunds can be done 24 hours prior to the experience. I cancelled 26 hours before my experience, but they would not refund my money!

Had an amazing adventure with my husband. Definitely wear bug spray as you will be in the jungle. Bring water shoes, tennis shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty, bandanna, and googles for the atv, a swim suit and waterproof cellphone bag for the cenote. The locals will sell you trinkets and food while there. You are also asked to take part in a traditional Mayan ceremony. You can respectfully decline if you don’t want to. You are also asked to pay and additional $45 dollar tax per person when you arrive.

Spectacular, the zip line is another roll!! The view is beautiful at that height and let alone the cenote which is completely different. I exceed my expectations!!!

The tour was great! Our guide was excellent and made sure we got the full experience explaining to us everything we was doing. The cenotes!!! Was lovely!!! Along with zip line!!! Would definitely recommend if you’re in Tulum because they pick you up and bring you back!
