Really disappointing experience

The tour of the ruins was great. The rest of the day was terrible. It rained during the tour and we were all soaking wet and freezing cold afterwards. We asked the guide if they could take us back to our hotel instead of completing the rest of the tour. He said they could, but instead kept us waiting outside for the shuttle for over two hours. So we didn’t get to see the cenote and sat there, waiting and freezing, for the rest of the afternoon. It was pretty miserable. If they couldn’t take us back, they should have told us that and taken us to see the cenote as planned.

Great time in Tulum!

I had a great time at the Tulum Ruins, and the Cenote was incredible. The guides were knowledgeable, funny, and made the experience memorable.

Chun Ya Cenote Cave Adventure

Overall okay excursion - December 18, 2025 Agenda and schedule aren't quite as described and hopefully get updated. Tulum Site - says 3 hours... was there for more like 2 hours, waited longer than expected at the entrance without clear direction to the group, once entered, guide takes you along for about 40 minutes, then we had about 40 minutes to explore ourselves (not enough time) - the meet back details were not 100% clear which caused one pair to be lost and arrive late to meet up - there is an exit if you continue down the oceanfront trail through some turnstile, do not use that exit - you are not allowed to bring food or drinks/water bottles/plastic into the ruins, we were told this on the shuttle and could leave our stuff in the shuttle, but it does mean you are exploring the site with no water in potentially hot/sunny weather - site itself has the beautiful ocean backdrop which makes it unique - mini size water bottle provided upon returning to shuttle Mayan Lunch - this is en route to the Cenote and up a very bumpy road, so be weary if you are sensitive to motion - Lunch was simple: quesadilla, rice, and beans served on a plate, sauces provided as was a lemonade juice - due to being late from ruins, our lunch was short but I suspect normally it is enough time Chun Ya Cenote - It is a different cenote than advertised, however, this was the highlight of the excursion with a unique cave with stalagmites and bats - Pleasantly surprised that we got a guided tour through the cave cenote system, cool experience - besides the quick get changed before and after rush, felt like a good amount of time in the cenote - life jacket provided, you'll want your swimwear, waterproof phone/case for photos, water shoes nice to have - cave is dark, guide uses flashlights to light the path, but still quite dark for anyone weary of that - continues up on the same bumpy path from lunch - water was cold at first, but pleasant enough once you got in (still cool) Misc - the description itinerary points (3) shows Tulum city as one of the locations, so I thought Lunch would be in Tulum + free time in the city, this was dissappintingly not the case and there is no stop in the city - perhaps because we were running late, but there was no directed time for any souvenir shopping, although you enter one at the start and are directed to the washrooms and then wait to enter - guides were friendly - I believe the tour advertised slightly smaller group size, while the shuttle group and cenote did have 12 or so people, we had a larger combined English group during the tulum Site of about 20

Great tour guide, amazing experience

We had a great time with Kevin, our tour guide. He made sure that the group that spoke two languages, English and French got all the explanations appropriately. The tour provides plenty of time to see the fish and turtles (I will say I was expecting sting ray but it didn’t show up for us HAHAA). We forgot our money for the park and Kevin was excepcional letting us get cash after to pay him, allowing the experience to be awesome despite our mistake.

The Tulum ruins was great...

The Tulum ruins was great very good history lesson. My husband enjoyed the cenote experience. . However we were picked up 30 minutes late and had to sit in the front seat with a cracked windshield.. Overall we enjoyed the excursion but did not like being picked up so late.

good experience and good price

This is my first time visiting Cancun and I truly plan to return. Everything seemed excellent, the staff's attention, the weather, and the tours are tailored to your needs.

enjoying like children

We thought that because we were going with children (12/14) we wouldn't be able to enjoy it 100%, but we all had a lot of fun. It was definitely a good experience. A very good agency.

This was a family outing...

This was a family outing with about 14 of us. We really enjoyed the excursion. The Ancient Ruins was nice to see where the Maya's lived during their time. The cliffs was a nice touch just wish we where able to go down to the shore area. A lot of walking but well wroth it. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the ruins. The Cenote was beautiful with all the different color waters and I was amazed at the bats we saw they kept to themselves but wasn't expecting to see them. The one thing I can suggest is to have the drivers pick up travelers at the entrance of the resort instead of having them come to the main gate at the resort for pickup. All in all I would do it again and will defiantly recommend to others to take this excursion.

Tour Tulum, cenote Jaguar

All right, with the drawback that we were sold the Jaguar cenote and it was not realized, we were placed on the excursion of the underground river. I asked the Guide and he told me they didn't do the Jaguar Cenote and make a claim. We usually have a good time.
