This tour ticked all the right boxes. Easy pickup location and seamless boarding onto the cruise, the view point locations were excellent and we were given discount vouchers at the Maple Leaf store.
Very nice tour! Guide Alex (a woman) was fantastic! Very driven and knowledgeable. Boat trip at the falls was quite an experience. The town of Niagara on the Lake is cute and very cozy. The wine tasting with icewine was also well organized. Alex organized another short quiz with questions about everything she told, with prizes, very dedicated guide, compliments to Grayline, this is a very good guide you hired! Also Sam the driver was very friendly. This tour is definitely worth it.
Crystal and Sam are the best! Us from the UK had a great day with these two. Crystal is very knowledgeable and Sam is a great driver. Throughly enjoyed the boat trip, that was the best part

The transportation to, the tour guide's insights, and the time spent at Niagara Falls was good. The whole excursion, however, was much longer than expected. The details estimated 9 hours, with a caveat that times were just an estimate. We were gone, however, for 11 hours, and they were felt hard. Part of it was traffic, but part of it also was spending more time at locations than originally stated (best example is we were told we would spend 15 minutes taking pictures at a scenic point, wound up being more like 40 minutes between the meeting time being extended, and other tour members choosing not to come back to the bus on time). Getting back two hours later than expected also ruined our dinner plans (which had been extremely flexible to begin with). Had we been given a more accurate timeline, the day wouldn't have ended on such a stressful note.
Dear valued guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the transportation, the guide’s insights, and the time spent at Niagara Falls. However, I’m sorry to hear that the extended duration of the tour impacted your plans and caused some stress. We strive to provide accurate estimates and ensure a smooth experience for all our guests. I apologize for any inconvenience caused by the additional time spent at locations and traffic delays. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our service and better manage tour times. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide a more seamless experience on your next visit. Best regards, Stephanie
I am wondering why there isn't an option to select between the wine tasting and the Maple syrup tour. It would be great to decide when selecting the tour since not everyone drinks alcohol. Overall the tour was excellent along with our guide Javier. I wish we had the Maple syrup tasting tour in the end because the wine tasting end to the tour was a waste for us.
nice trip with a good guide and bus driver. There was time to not only see the waterfall, but also the lake and the winery
The scenery, the service; tour guides and drivers were excellent, the atmosphere, the places we stopped, the variety of the day.
Jay, the guide, was very nice. The visit to the falls is spectacular and there is enough time to enjoy every part of the journey.
The stop at the Maple syrup testing place. It was a rewarding experience. I had a great day so did my sister and my son.
We had the best driver and guide in one person and recommendations. Our Last stop was the Winery where we could taste 3 different wines (Red, White and the latest harvest like an icewine).
