Our tour guide Kevin was very friendly and told some entertaining historical stories along the way. The highlight is the boat tour of course which you can do without a tour, but I enjoy the information I learn from tours.

I felt welcomed by Alisha from the moment she saw me. Offered me a fan and a complimentary water bottle. Being on her tour group was having knowledge and laughing stand-up style at the same time. She always made sure not one was left behind (even though I was distracted capturing the view haha). Alisha rocks! Since I was solo, having her to explain the order of the attractions and giving us the tickets to each one of them beforehand was super helpful. 10/10.

He not only gave you the facts of the Falls but wanted to know about you too. He was very kind and always asking if we were doing okay or if we have any questions.
