Loved the trip and the cruise to the horseshoe falls. The Journey Behind the Falls option left much to be desired. Ralph was a fantastic tour guide and he added to the fun! The stop at the gift shop with the maple syrup and chocolate tastings were very enjoyable.
Mel (Melvin) was an absolutely amazing tour guide! He was punctual, organized, and made sure our group stayed on schedule throughout the entire day. He always double-checked that everyone was accounted for before we left each stop, which made us feel safe and well taken care of. Mel was very knowledgeable and shared interesting information about each location we visited. He clearly explained the itinerary, kept everything running smoothly, and got us to every destination and back safely and on time. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. If you have the opportunity to take a tour with Mel, I highly recommend it. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great experience!
I took a Niagara Falls tour which included the boat ride that takes you up close and personal to the falls. The trip was incredible! You have to do the boat ride! Our tour guide was Micko. He was so knowledgeable and kind. I would highly recommend a tour with him. He also gave us interesting tips of Toronto and the surrounding areas. When you do your first stop at the maple tasting shop, go and try the Icewine. It was amazing! Also, I would encourage this tour to be extended a bit in order to have more time to do more sightseeing at Niagara.
Thank you very much for the wonderful review. Yes the ice wine is very tasty especially if you have a sweet tooth
The experience was very comfortable and enjoyable overall. Melvin was an excellent guide, and the destination itself was amazing. His recommendations are definitely worth following. The only downside is that if you take the boat tour, there may not be enough time to explore Niagara in depth—but aside from that, it’s a great tour.
Thank you for your review. Enjoy the rest of your travels
I really enjoy the tour. The tour guide Micko was Great!! He knew a lot of information about Niagara, Toronto and Canadá.
Thank you for your kind words. Micko is very knowledgeable indeed. Have a wonderful day
We had a brilliant trip in mid June. Ralph was our tour guide and he was outstanding. Anticipated every question and was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Ontario, from Toronto to Niagara. Also was super mellow on the ride back from the falls to let everyone rest. With the cruise, the pacing worked out great with myself, and two kids (8&4). No screens required, just good clean fun!
Thats amazing that the kids and you enjoyed the say with Ralph. Thanks for taking the time to leave a 5 star review!
In general was good experience, lots of traffic , it’s not a fast trip to go or come back to TO, expect more than 2 hours but it’s not any fault of the guide/driver . Mickos was nice and friendly, gave us many tips about TO and was helpful when asked. The bus needs a big and deep cleaning also maintenance (lots of noise) . For a couple of hours in general was a good trip.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Have a great day
Great guide very interesting to hear about Toronto and Canada on the way to Niagara Falls. Well worth the money.
