Canyon "O" Hiking Tour First chamber tour of Waterhole Canyon Experience. Join us for an invigorating 1-hour hiking experience through the stunning Waterhole Canyon. Your adventure begins with a pleasant 5-minute stroll through a small wash bed, leading you directly into the breathtaking beauty of the first canyon. This 1-mile (1.60 km) hike offers a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in the unique geology and natural wonder of the area. This short tour is perfect for those looking to experience the magic of Waterhole Canyon without a lengthy time commitment. All participants must be 8 years and older. **During the summer season, we want to inform all guests that we implement a high temperature policy. We are located in Arizona & during the summer season we can reach triple digit weather. As a company, our guests’ safety comes first therefore when the outside temperature reaches 95 degree Fahrenheit we close the canyon. All tour operations end.

Guests are then shuttled from office location to entrance of canyon to begin their Waterhole Canyon Experience. From the drop off point, guests will walk through a small wash bed before enjoying 1-mile (1.60km) hike through the first chamber of Waterhole Canyon.

We had an amazing time. Our guide Jose, was very knowledgeable. We did the one hour tour. Price was very reasonable. We did the early morning tour at 7 am, when it was still cool out. There was only the two of us. The walk was very relaxing easy enough if your older.
Wonderful visit, it was just the two of us and we had the canyon all to ourselves. The guide was really cool, the visit lasts about 1.5 hours, I really recommend doing it, it's worth it Thanks, Adam
Our Waterhole Canyon tour was like walking through a dream. Enchanting. We are so thankful to our guide Ryan for a private tour experience like none other. There were no crowds to contend with. Ryan was a knowledgeable guide who was open and shared his family’s Navajo history and the history of the Navajo Nation land we were blessed to hike. Ryan played the flute for us on our return trek. It was lovely and while I don’t know if everyone gets this or not, it made the trek and tour all the more meaningful. Thank you so very much for a memorable experience.
Lydell was informative.greeting us in his Navajo tongue, then English. Answered all our questions. Kept the pace ideal for our group & stopped to address entire group often. Pointed out flora & fauna. Told us how the canyons were found in the first place & helped us take incredible photos. Victoria Wallick Michigan

This was a magnificent experience w/ Lydell as our guide! He was very knowledgeable, born, raised here he knew his stuff, delightful to talk with & shared his Navajo nation history! All extremely interesting to us! Definitely recommend this tour! Two mile hike & steps but doable!

We booked this trip based on reviews of it being a less-crowded slot canyon & it did not disappoint!! Brian was our tour guide. He never rushed us, advised us on the best photo opportunities & was very knowledgeable on the canyon!
