Confused but still a nice tour

This tour was great. Trey was great but maybe I missed something in that I thought we were headed to lower antelope canyon. Just be aware this is not that tour. I was waiting to climb stairs/ladder and it didn’t happen. I was a little let down but it was probably a me issue not understanding what tour I signed my family up for.

Antelope Canyon is Amazing Deer Springs Tours Makes Sure You See It All

Deer Springs is a Dine/Navajo owned business which delivers the most amazing Antelope Canyon tour experience one could hope for. The value for the price is tremendous. They deliver the goods. See our photo. Our guide Kenny is a family member of the Dine/Navajo woman who found this slot canyon. Kenny knows the canyon in a way that only a Dine/Navajo can. She guided us to all the most important and significant aspects of the canyons. She shared personal details of their faith traditions and relationship to the land of the canyon that raised our understanding of the beauty of this sight. I have travelled to historical places on four continents and Antelope Canyon took my breath away. Kenny and Deer Springs delivered.

A superb experience despite a duration shorter than expected

We had an excellent time during this visit. The landscapes are absolutely magnificent and we were captivated from start to finish. The canyon is spectacular and the viewpoint at Horseshoe Bend is incredible. However, a few points disappointed me. First of all, the excursion was advertised for a duration of 3 hours. Given the rate of €141 per person, I expected to fully enjoy this duration. However, the visit lasted about 2 hours and 30 minutes, sometimes giving the impression that we needed to move quite quickly. I would have liked to have more time to appreciate certain places and take photos. Furthermore, the presentation highlights a company "led by women and operated by Navajos." During our visit, we encountered only male staff. This does not detract from the quality of the welcome, but it did not really match the image given in the description. Despite these remarks, the experience remains superb and the landscapes are breathtaking. I recommend this excursion, but I give it 4 stars instead of 5.
