Lina was a very nice and professional guide. We enjoyed the tour. The boat experience was amazing. Because of my error we missed the meeting time for "behind the fall " but the office managed to find us and Lina had to come back to pick us up. Thanks for Lina and the agency we didn't miss the boat experience, which was the highlight of our tour. Thanks very much again for Queen Tour team
We completed this tour on a warm July day. The bus that took us to and from the Falls was really old and uncomfortable. The air conditioning didn’t work and our seats were over a wheel arch that made the legroom very tight. On saying that, the tour was well run and we got to see everything that was planned. Lina did a good job of organising the group however her manner was very much like a school trip. We completed this tour on a warm July day. Niagra Falls are amazing and well worth a trip.
The overall tour was good, our guide Lina was very helpful and cheerful, she made sure to explain the important stuff and she was smiling the entire trip, even though we were sleepy and tired. She respected the time to the minute. I think the bus begins to show its age, the suspensions might need to be changed. The seats are bit unconfortable also, but overall the tour was worth it and I would recommend it, especially for solo travelers like myself.
It was amazing. I highly recommend this tour. First time being in Canada and I love the fact that we get a very great tour guide to lead us around beautiful Niagara Falls.
John our guide/driver for the day was superb so knowledgeable about Toronto and the whole trip. He was courteous and wanted to make the whole experience wonderful for every guest. Brilliant your would 100% recommend

Captain Michael is a Super Guide
Hi, thank you so much for sharing your review! Glad to hear you enjoyed your time with the Captain! 😊
John was a very nice experienced guy who is so knowledgeable of Toronto and Niagara falls. He made the whole day very pleasant and amusing. Guided us all through the busy queues. Thanks John and team.
Thank you for sharing such lovely feedback about your day with us! John will be happy to know that his local knowledge and guidance made your Niagara Falls visit more enjoyable! 🇨🇦
Some people turned up 20 minutes late - rude! Behind the falls not a good experience. Trip on Hornblower was enjoyable.
Hi Lynn, we're so sorry you had to wait for late guests. We instruct our guides to notify our office if someone hasn't arrived so we can depart without them when necessary and avoid holding up the rest of the group for too long. We're sorry to hear the Journey Behind the Falls wasn't a highlight for you, but we're glad you enjoyed the Hornblower boat cruise. We'd love the opportunity to speak with you and see how we can make things right, so please feel free to reach out to us directly. Thank you!
Fantastic day out with "The Captain" Michael of the Queen Tour Company. Michael was charismatic with a great sense of humour and gave us a very detailed guide from the pickup point outside the Hilton Doubletree hotel, through downtown Toronto and all the way to Niagara Falls and back. (The pickup side was a little confusing with the exact pickup point not being clear and slightly away from the hotel entrance and ensuring that you caught the correct bus required a bit of effort and proactivity - however this was the only slight negative). As a native Torontonian, his depth of knowledge of the area was evident and entertainingly delivered throughout the day. He was very well organised and very clear in his delivery which was related in a way that ensured that it was remembered. He's been doing this for 12 years and has honed his tour to perfection. Stop off at the Moose for a snack and maple syrup tasting and loading up on gifts before the main is highly recommended. The Falls themselves are spectacular and really shouldn't be missed if you are in the Toronto area and the boat cruise and journey behind the Falls complemented one another perfectly. This is an outstanding day out and very good value for money. Thank you Captain! We won't forget this trip.
Thanks so much for your thoughtful review! We're so glad you had such a memorable day with Captain Michael, and it's wonderful to hear you enjoyed his knowledge, humour, and the incredible Niagara Falls experience ☺️. We also appreciate your feedback about the pickup location and will keep working to make that process as clear as possible, some days parking is sparse in downtown Toronto.
