Never book ticket from top view One of the useless In ticket they wrote departure place . We waited there, afterwards find out there is no bus coming . We called them they told departure is from another place . We traveled from midlands all gone vein Useless idiots
You’d be better just walking. We were almost two hours on the bus, inching through terrible traffic and we didn’t even go down Oxford Street. I just wouldn’t bother.
We two passengers booked a lights on London tour last night (5 November). We picked the bus from Haymarket at 19:30. It was supposed to be a 90min tour ending at the same place (Haymarket). Instead, the speed was faster and the audio commentary did not synchronise with what we could see around us, and at 20:15 the driver stopped at York Road and asked all passengers to disembark there for allegedly the bus had "an electricity issue" and it was not safe to drive us to Haymarket. To our question what is going to happen with the rest of our tour we paid for, he responded that the Haymarket is "very near" and we can take a taxi to there. To our question about our compensation for the missed part of our tour and the extra cost to get to Haymarket, and if could speak to a supervisor, he responded that we should call the Customer Service at +442079938417, but they wouldn't be available at this time (20:20). Indeed, our call was not answered. Meanwhile the bus left as nothing was wrong and left all passengers on the street. Meanwhile we discovered that the seats were cracked and our clothes had become wet. As someone who works in the tourism industry and more so in the tours and activities market, I am stunned be the totally unprofessional behaviour of the driver and the likewise unprofessional stance of the company. Obviously, this is not acceptable and I demand a refund for: our wet clothes, the unfinished tour (missing the Westminster Abbey, House of Parliament, Big Ben,Thames River, St. James’s Piccadilly etc), the faster than normal speed which ruined our experience and finally the inconvenience to walk from York Road to Haymarket. The last thing we heard on the commentary was to leave a good review for your company at the TripAdvisor. Apparently this cannot happen, but on the contrary, I think it is my obligation to warn other travellers about your company's conduct.
I enjoyed seeing the sites (seen earlier in the day) at night for a different perspective. Loved seeing the nightlife. Sitting on upper deck of bus made picture taking fun.
Pickup location is not clear on instructions. Had to text the company to get correct location, should be clear on instructions given on ticket.
Dont. Boring. If your hard off hearing or have hearing aids, you wont hear a thing on the crappy headsets. But do t wory, not worth hearing anyway. Initial starting point was wronfully indicated on website. Bus was late. Need to download another app just to get tickets. Not i dicated on website.
We had really looked forward to this experience BUT we weren’t able to because the bus had already left. Our uber driver dropped us off at the proper spot, 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. VERY disappointed!!
I would rate less than one star if option is available. I paid 40.78 dollars in full and hope to see London Night Tour See the City Lights. I am very disappointed that I didn’t got to enjoy the tour. I believe that I was misleading by the given information and instructions. I didn’t get the chance to enjoy the trip I paid. And they won’t canceled the ticket for refund. I received a confirmation email after purchasing the ticket. I followed the email given meeting time 7:30 pm and location. Meeting Point Waterloo Station / York Road (Stop W) London SE1 7NJ, UK I was waiting at this stop from 7:15 pm to 7:45 pm. The bus was no show. I reached out to the customer service centre they cannot make cancellations or refund. Instead they provided this contact number TopView London+442079938417. After I called and spoke with the driver I thought. And he said no pick up at this given location. He said can’t return to pick up at this location.
So, solo trip to London for work, had an evening free, I stumbled across the night lights tour as the bus was parked outside my hotel (premier in, Waterloo) I was a little hesitant with being on my own but from the minute I was greeted into the bus I was made to feel welcome! The tour guide - Jamie (I think) was absolutely brilliant! So knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. Had the best time… saw loads of nice sights and the views as the sun was setting were lovely! Definitely recommend well worth every penny !!!!
