TopView® Hop-On Hop-Off London Discover Pass: 48-120 Hours

Would have rated 0 if I could. Arrived at designated point at 1010 for first bus advertised at 1020. Now 1120 still no bus. No customer service phone number to call only online form. Total rip off, supposed to be non refundable but will raise a dispute with bank as no service provided. Do not use this business.

Jack the ripper walk- James was very knowledgeable and engaging, good use of photos. Made us think of various different factors and suspects, brought a lot of knowledge to the table.

The buses took forever to come around to the stops. Other bus companies had at least 2, sometimes 3 buses come during the time we waited for TopView to come back around. At one point it took over 45 minutes to get a bus to come, to which we left and took the tube, tired of waiting. On very rainy days, the inside of the bus was no better than sitting upstairs. we were getting completely rained on INSIDE. The walking tour was canceled on a slightly rainy day-which is the weather all the time so that was disappointing, especially to my kids. We were told that the Night Lights tour was not a guarantee to sit up top, which to then what is the point? You can hardly see anything out from the bottom. There is also no way of getting to the Night Light starting points, since the buses do not run at that hour. One day we got on the bus to connect to the other bus line, only to sit on the bus for two full hours getting to the connecting stop and then to be told that once we hopped on the next bus it would take an additional 1.5 hours to go 3 stops to get to the desired destination. We elected to go on the tube again, because who is trying to sit on a bus for that long. The buses were constantly stopping for lunch breaks or to switch over drivers- to which they would sit for 10-30minutes each time. The commentary on the buses were not great either, with the majority of it just being music. Would have loved more facts about the city. This was honestly a huge disappointment and waste of our time & money. We lost so much time discovering the city being on the buses not really seeing much.

Great way to get around the London area, hop off when you want to and then hop on when your ready, they have head phones you can plug in and it gives you information about the site your passing. Great price, for full day pass, because uber or taxi will run the same for just one trip.

Use another company! I waited for my bus all day, May 16. it never came, there is No number to reach out to the company, just a contact form, I filled out the form got no response for 1 week - after I reached out on Instagram. My ticket was valid for 1 day. When they responded they refused me a refund and asked if I’d like them to reissue the ticket. I said yes but the ticket was not reissued and I could no response from them even though I followed up three times. At this date June 06, 2026 I’ve still received no further response from them. In 10 days it will be 1 month since I was to have the tour.

Don’t book from top view. Their bus rarely passes by. Other companies will come and go multiple times before you will finally see a top view bus. Once we were finally on the bus for the first and only time after waiting for about 25 min, we didn’t dare hop off incase we couldn’t get another one. They stop their routes early than other companies also -all pickups ending before 5:00. The Thames river cruise was cancelled for the time we wanted to go with no indication on the app so we had to wait around for an hour to get the next one which left us no time to get to the night tour. I wish we hadn’t pre booked them. So many better companies out there.

Bad experience, I could not even go on the open bus because just paid, both I he my friend, the guy told us that there was an error in the payment and that nn had been successful and that if I saw the movement out of money, however it had not been successful (he said) we would be refunded. It just so happens that two people less than a minute have this and look even more at the case, the money has been withdrawn. Tomorrow I have to go and report to the police. I would not recommend it at all. There's been quite a bit of dishonesty and misbehavior on the part of the boy and the company.

The one star is for the river cruise which is operated by someone else, else Would be zero! We didn’t use one bus! Utter useless! No time tables no live map rubbish walked everywhere as never saw a bus at the right time as we didn’t know what time to be anywhere! Spoke via email before trip raising my concerns about other bad reviews and to check our tickets as they didn’t upload correctly was asked to send photos and never heard back tried to call just kept cutting off which ever option I chose! Don’t waste your money when there could much better out there

Fantastic service, plenty of buses, clean and helpful staff. We loved it. Great way to see London then decide what to do more of. We really enjoyed the commentary.

Buses always take a long time, I understand that the schedules are difficult to control due to traffic, but two buses from other companies passed by while one from Topview bus was on. The last bus ran too early while other companiew continued.
