Amazing for family activity. The host was great and the food tasted delicious!
The class was fun and the teacher was very nice. The food ended up being delicious.
For what we got out of it, I thought it was a bit expensive even though we had the class to ourselves. It was definitely fun to make our own noodles. Everything else was already prepared. The meeting place was not obvious even with google maps and when we got there, the door was locked. Not a very welcoming first impression.
Elena was a fantastic instructor! We really enjoyed everything about our Ramen making class! I strongly recommend doing this if you are in the Tokyo area!
We really enjoyed this experience. You will make your noodles from scratch and use a great vintage ramen press. The facilities was super clean and everything was prepped and ready to go. They do prepare the broth ahead of time (three types) as they take a long time to prepare. Our team was fantastic and very engaging. You can purchase beer or other drinks as well. This really exceeded our expectations and was fun and we got to eat our creations! Thank you and we recommend this experience at the Ramen Dojo!
Yuks snd her team made our experience wonderful. The atmosphere of Ramen Dojo was relaxed and very fun. The Nicole making process was a lot of fun and very interactive and we thought all three Roman choices were delicious. We couldn’t pick a favorite! Highly recommended activity when you’re in Tokyo.
If you enjoy ramen and have a very basic understanding of how to make it, this is a wonderful class for you. A simple and fun activity making 3 types of ramen, learning the basics, making your own dough and noodles, and eating some delicious ramen. The chicken and pork stock is already made, as is the toppings like egg, veggies, etc The people leading the class are super nice, very kind, easy going and helpful in creating a fun experience. Also learned the difference between 3 types of ramen and being able to taste them side by side was really cool
Making ramen at Shibuya Ramen was so much fun! The staff was friendly, the class was easy to follow, and the ramen tasted amazing. A great experience and highly recommended!
Rim was so much fun! we got to make our ramen by hand, and she expertly explained how to prepare broths with different bases. and when it was time to chow down, we were able to try our ramen with the different combination of broths and bases to figure out our faves. it was a great experience. 10/10 recommend.
