・Take a deep breath at the wonderful nature in Mt.Fuji’s 5th station while seeing magnificent scenery. ・Feel the sacred atmosphere at Japanese shinto Shrine on 5th station of Mt.fuji. *If you can't go beyond the 4th station, we will visit Oshino Hakkai or alternative place.
*Enjoy a Japanese Lunch buffet with local fresh ingredients as much as you like at the bottom of Mt. Fuji! *Vegetarian meal , Muslim Friendly is available. Please request when you make a booking. Please note that the buffet offers the same menu for all guests. *Halal,Vegan meals, Gluten free, and Allergy-friendly meals, etc. are not available. Please book the tour without lunch and bring your own lunch.
Visit either Mt. Hakone or Mt. Komitake to see the beauty of Hakone area!

- Customers who need each options will be charged more for changes on the day, therefore please select with lunch option or Bullet train option in advance
- Please let us know your booking numbers and total number of people before the tour if you have several bookings or if you have booked separatly.
- Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to following alternative places or giving out a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes. (Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Lake Ashinoko sightseeing boat, Odawara Castle, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Sekisho, Minaka Odawara, Fujisan World Heritage Center, Hakone Shrine)
- If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.
- We will attend an alternative place instead of 5th station due to traffic regulation of Mt Fuji hill climb on 7th June.
- Please handle the loading and unloading of your luggage from the trunk yourself. (Including wheelchairs, stroller etc..)
- The buffet offers the same menu for all guests, but there are dishes that vegetarians and those seeking Muslim-friendly options can enjoy. However, please note that we do not cater to following dietary requirements: Vegan, Halal, Pure vegetarian, Gluten free, and Allergy-friendly meals.
- All weekend and Japanese public holiday tours will depart only from Shinjuku at 7:30 to avoid the traffic congestion.
- Not recommended for those suffering from asthma

We loved everything about this excursion! Our guide, Sora, was knowledgeable, personable, and so much fun to spend the day with. From seeing Mt. Fuji to lunch, the gondola ride, and the boat cruise, every part of the day was enjoyable and very well organized. The entire experience matched the advertised itinerary perfectly, which we really appreciated. It was a wonderful way to experience Mt. Fuji and Hakone in one day without having to worry about any of the logistics ourselves. Everything flowed smoothly, and we felt like we were able to see and do so much without the day ever feeling chaotic. Sora made an already great experience even better. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Japan!
The trip to Mt. Fuji and Hakone was wonderful despite not actually seeing the peak of Mt. Fuji (too cloudy/rainy). Our guide, Aya, was knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. It was a bonus to hear historical facts about Japan and its culture from her. The buffet lunch was also good but my favorite part was getting to ride on the bullet train on the way back to Tokyo. My family - my wife and I and our three teenagers - would heartily recommend this tour for others.

We had an amazing one-day tour of Mount Fuji and Hakone with our tour guide, Tsubasa, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide! Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t on our side, so we weren’t able to see Mount Fuji. However, Tsubasa made sure that this didn’t take away from our experience. He was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire day. He did his best to make the most of the weather conditions, adjust the itinerary when needed, and keep everyone comfortable and happy. What really stood out was his genuine care and positive attitude. He was always checking on us, explaining everything clearly, and making sure we were enjoying ourselves. His knowledge of the area and Japanese culture added so much to the experience. Even without seeing Mount Fuji, we came away from the tour with wonderful memories of Hakone and the surrounding area — and that is largely thanks to Tsubasa.
