The Chureito Pagoda is a five storied pagoda on the mountainside overlooking Fujiyoshida City and Mount Fuji off in the distance. The pagoda is part of the Arakura Sengen Shrine and was built as a peace memorial in 1963 nearly 400 steps up the mountain from the shrine's main buildings. Optional- Fuji-Q Highland is an amusement park in Fujiyoshida, Yamanashi, Japan, owned and operated by the namesake Fuji Kyuko Co. it was opened on 2 March 1968. The theme park is near the base of Mount Fuji. This place is optional, if you want to visit then you can inform our driver in the morning
optional : Hakone-jinja shrine dates back to the year 757. Many military commanders prayed at this shrine devotedly, which brought it fame throughout the country. Another group of worshippers were travelers, who regularly visited the Hakone area, and often came here to pray for a safe trip.

The commentary throughout the drive was engaging without being overwhelming. Fabi made sure we got the best photo ops and navigated us around the crowds perfectly. A stress-free and magical way to see Japan’s iconic mountain! He even surprised us with beautiful posters and an amazing video he made! Had a great day with Fabi who took us to several great locations and was super flexible and accommodating to our family’s preferences. Our young kids 7 and 10 enjoyed the day outside of Tokyo. Would recommend the tour and highly recommend Fabi as a fantastic guide and high quality person.
I am a busy mom with kids. Booking with Love Nippon was such a stress-free experience. They took care of everything, and were also able to give me valuable suggestions on where to go, so we could spend our money wisely and stay within budget. We had an instance where we were scheduled to go see Mount Fuji. After checking the weather, it was suggested to switch schedules so we could get a chance to view Mount Fuji. That was such a great decision, because in doing so we were able to view Mount Fuji. We had a great time exploring the Mt. Fuji area with our tour guide/driver, Abdul. One of the highlights was the speed boat ride on Lake Kawaguchi, during which the clouds parted long enough from in front of Mt. Fuji to get some wonderful, unobstructed views. We’re glad we took the tour—our family of four would have had difficulty navigating both the roads and the sites. Highly recommend!
We had Areeb as our guide and he was very knowledgeable. He was also really flexible. We were traveling with 3 kids and food allergies and he worked with us to make the trip fun and enjoyable for everyone. He made some great suggestions along the way for extra activities and views.
