This is a one-way airport transfer from/to NRT airport. Please provide your Pickup and Dropoff address in advance! This transfer service is only available for properties in Tokyo City Center (Tokyo 23 wards include Adachi, Arakawa, Bunkyo, Chiyoda, Chuo, Edogawa, Itabashi, Katsushika, Kita, Koto, Meguro, Minato, Nakano, Nerima, Ota Setagaya, Shibuya, Shinagawa, Shinjuku, Suginami, Sumida, Taito, Narita, and Toshima. We may contact you regarding additional charges if the pick-up location is outside our service area. Please provide your contact phone number or WhatsApp account when confirming the booking. We will contact you to confirm the pick-up details in advance. And we will arrange the driver one day in advance. We provide 7*24 customer service, Please feel free to contact us by email, WhatsApp, or phone. For waiting time exceeding 30 minutes (for airport departure), a fee of 30 USD per hour will be charged For waiting time exceeding 60 minutes (for airport arrivals), a fee of 30 USD per hour will be charged Maximum one piece of luggage per person. The luggage size limitation is 24 inches. Oversized or extra luggage must be communicated in advance. We will arrange different vehicle types according to the number of passengers. Please note: If you need a Child Seat, there will be an extra fee. Please contact us in advance to request and pay the extra fee. 1* baby/child seat will occupy 1.5 seat

Driver was early, let us know how long it would take to get to the airport, and overall was a pretty good driver. The only negative was the van smelled strongly of cigarette smoke which may affect some people. It wasn’t great but I know some people wouldn’t be able to sit in that for long periods of time.

Very convenient. We booked several months in advance are to get transportation from Narita airport to our hotel in downtown. Tokyo we received confirmation and before our driver texted us to confirm and gave us instructions when we arrived. We communicated with us and gave us his location. It was very easy to use. The car was very comfortable and the service was great during our stay. We need a transportation again, and I reached out to the company and they provided additional service. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Driver was even ahead of time. Checked with us beforehand and let us know he would let us know when he arrived to pick us up his appearance was very professional and the vehicle was neat and clean. Assisted with baggage. Took us to the exact spot we needed to be at.
