We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience. The airport was crowded, so you may not see our driver right away. We will have our drivers to wait in more visible areas in the future. Your feedback means a lot to us, so we checked the whole trip with the driver. She did take highways, and she has the ETC payment records. It may be that highways are not available in certain sections, which could have caused the misunderstanding. This 3,000 yen is the agreed fee for our meet&greet service, so the driver charged you accordingly. We truly regret leaving you with a negative impression.
