Terrible service. Flew into Japan. I had purchased Meet and Greet. Provider never showed. Called Viator. Got an AI. Very frustrating. Finally real person came on line. She could not contact provider. Wanted me to wait while sent the provider an email. I said no, I want a refund. I am taking a cab. 30 minutes later provided text that he is ready for pick up. Next day received an email denying my refund said I didnt purchases Meet and Greet. I sent back a copy of my ticket show in bold letters saying Meet and Greet with my reference number and UPC code. Cant wait for the replay and apology.

According to our booking records, a Meet & Greet service was not included in your reservation. Three days before your trip, we sent a confirmation email with detailed pickup instructions and the meeting point map. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response. On the day of your transfer, our driver also attempted to contact you, but we did not receive a reply. Once we were finally able to reach you, we were informed that you had already left the airport by taxi. We always do our best to contact our guests and provide a smooth pickup experience. We encourage all travelers to check the pre-trip information we send and remain reachable on the day of travel to help avoid misunderstandings. Thank you.
