Join us for a day filled with adventure, natural beauty, and cultural immersion as you explore the highlights of Hakone and savor the spectacular views of Mount Fuji. ▼Hakone Shrine and Lake Ashi Torii Begin your journey at Hakone Shrine, nestled by the tranquil Lake Ashi. Here, you’ll see the iconic red torii gate rising from the water, a sight that’s both beautiful and steeped in history. Established in 757 AD, this ancient shrine offers a serene setting and a glimpse into the region's spiritual heritage.
Hakone Pirate Ship Cruise (self-paid) Set sail across Lake Ashi aboard the Hakone Pirate Ship. As you cruise, take in panoramic views of the lake, the majestic torii gate, and Mount Fuji. This unique experience allows you to fully appreciate Hakone's natural splendor. (Please note that the ticket for the cruise is not included.it is around 12USD). If you don't take the boat, you can also choose to take our tour bus to the next attraction.
Hakone Ropeway Hop on the Hakone Ropeway and be amazed by the stunning vistas of the volcanic Owakudani valley and Mount Fuji. The ride provides a thrilling perspective of the active volcanic landscape and the towering mountain.
Owakudani Valley Explore Owakudani, famous for its hot springs and the distinctive "black eggs" boiled in sulfuric waters. The dramatic volcanic scenery and steaming vents offer a fascinating view into nature's raw power.

- 3.Weekend and holiday traffic in Japan may delay the return time past 8 p.m. Our company will cover any overtime fees for the guide and driver. we kindly recommend not scheduling any activities or transport afterward to avoid losses. Please note that visit times at attractions may also be shortened， adjusted or canceled due to the same reason, We sincerely ask for your understanding and patience.

Amazing trip with nice guide Nice views and nature Wonderful mt Fuji All on time Very well organized
The trip started a little disorganized trying to find our tour guide but that was partly my fault as I didn’t realize she sent me a message on WhatsApp the day before. The trip was great. The food was great. The stops were all very nice and we got to see a lot. We were lucky and had good visibility of Mount Fuji. The shrine and villages around Mount Fuji were amazing as well. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot of history of each area while en route on the bus. The day was very long but worth it. The food in the afternoon was very tasty. We got the Karaage! The boat ride and cable car were very fun as well! I would definitely recommend this trip to others.
Olivia was an excellent guide, with good instructions on where to meet and with clear commentary and reminders of the itinerary throughout the day. We highly recommend this tour and this guide! We were lucky enough to get clear views of Mt Fuji at several stops, and are going home with great memories and photos too. Thank you Olivia!
Kousei is super excellent tour guide. Very courteous and kept everything on schedule. Very clear with his explanations on meeting points, where to go and how to go during our free time. We had a wonderful time… my hubby and my kids. 5 of us will use this tour company again soon.
Very good and can go for 12 hours tours and add more tourist places , will make tour more excellent.
The idea is great and the locations were good but the time crunch was just too much. I recommend doing this in 2 days if possible with your schedule. We ended up having 30-40 minutes in some places (less in others) and spent about 5-6 hours on a bus driving to the locations and to and from Toyko. Overall it just wasn’t a great experience because it was rushed.
Schedule set to the minute, allowing for a quick view of the main attractions in the area.
Kousei was a great tour guide. Very friendly, kind, and made sure everything ran smoothly. I was hesitant to book because there were so many tour options and it was confusing, but I’m glad I chose this one because it provided variety in sights beyond just Mount Fuji - lake cruise on a pirate ship, swan lake, the shrine, and volcano/ hot springs with the black eggs was very intriguing. Cherry on top was us getting lucky and being able to see Mt. Fuji because it was a clear day. Our guide also arranged lunch for us, which was helpful because we were on a tight schedule. Everything was punctual and flowed well. Also, the air conditioning on the bus is super good, making it a comfortable ride back and forth from Tokyo. I highly recommend this tour!

He was very friendly and explained everything and answered every question everybody had. It was a cloudy day so we didn’t see Mount Fuji too clearly . My only recommendation is I would find a way to spend more time here. This place was great!! So much to eat and see but not enough time. Thanks kousei for a great tour!!!
