- The International Driving Permits that Japan will allow is the 1949 Geneva Act. Each country has its own assigned agent (usually a major roadside service company) that is permitted to issue a 1949 Geneva Act format Driving Permit. There are no agents that will issue a 1949 Geneva Act International Driving Permit over the Internet. The correct format for the permit must be a booklet and must have the word 1949 Geneva, or the date of the actual convention, September 19, 1949 on the cover of the permit.

Great way to view the city with a drive through so many key spots. We didn’t stop at any of them and you can’t have your phone out so this is a driving experience, not one that you will stop at key destinations. The staff is nice
The overall experience was just ok. THEY DO NOT STOP ANYWHERE FOR PICTURES! LIES !!! The only photos one will receive are the ones taken when stopped at lights. The lead guy didn't do anything to make sure the experience was enjoyable. Otherwise it was pretty cool to drive around Tokyo ! Go with a different company definitely less expensive!
Fun experience racing through the streets of Tokyo. Blake was a great guide, taking lots of pictures throughout and then airdropped to us for free.
WOW! This was on my bucket list as one of the best experiences to do in the world and a must when visiting Tokyo. The staff were amazing full of energy and made us feel special and very welcome. Our guide was super friendly smiley and enthusiastic and took amazing photos. 90 minutes is so worth it and going at 17:30 is perfect to get the change from light to dark. So cool driving through the streets and at exhilarating speeds. This is an experience not to be missed. Value for money as well.
We had a blast zipping around Tokyo! The path took us to some great locations and our guide was very helpful. We would love to do it again.

A little scary driving on the busy streets of Tokyo at first but our guide (Fire) was great and we were a small group which helped ease the initial nerves and it was so much fun! An experience you can't have anywhere else in the world as afar as I'm aware. Well worth the cost. Make sure you take an international drivers permit.
