Itinerary
At Ahu Tongariki, we will admire the largest ceremonial platform in the Pacific, famous for its 15 moai lined up facing the sea. This iconic site symbolizes the power and tradition of Rapa Nui’s ancestors, offering one of the island’s most breathtaking views. A place full of history and spirituality.
In Rano Raraku, we will explore the famous moai quarry, where almost all the statues of the island were carved. Here you will see about 398 moai in different stages of construction, some still on the rock, offering an impressive display of Rapa Nui’s artistic and cultural legacy. A place full of history and mystery.
Anakena is a beautiful beach located on the north coast of Rapa Nui, known for its white sand and crystal clear waters. This place is not only a natural paradise, but also of great cultural importance, as it is believed that it was the first place where the ancient inhabitants of the island arrived in canoes. In addition to its beauty, Anakena houses several moai on the shore, making it a perfect place to enjoy history and nature at the same time. Ideal for relaxing under palm trees or swimming in its calm waters.
Te Pito Kura is a sacred and fascinating site of Rapa Nui, known for hosting the largest moai on the island, the famous "Moai Paro". In addition, there is a magnetic stone that, according to local beliefs, has the ability to disorient the compasses. This site is important not only for its historical and cultural value, but also for the mystical energy that emanates, being one of the most emblematic points of the island.
Ahu Akahanga is an archaeological site of great historical importance in Rapa Nui. Here is one of the largest villages on the island, known for its ceremonial platform, Ahu, which houses several fallen moai. According to oral tradition, the remains of Hotu Matu’a, the first king of Rapa Nui, rest in this place, making it a place of great cultural significance. Its calm and mysterious atmosphere invites reflection on the ancient customs and beliefs of the island’s inhabitants.
Vaihu is an archaeological site in Rapa Nui that connects us with the oldest roots of the island. Here, we will find a series of fallen moai along a ceremonial platform, reflecting the cultural legacy of the ancient inhabitants. This place is less visited, making it a quiet place to explore and reflect on the history of the island. Vaihu is an excellent starting point for understanding the context and importance of the Moai in the ancestral life of Rapa Nui.

Great guide. His vast knowledge, experience and, above all, his Rapanui roots are overwhelming and compelling. Of course, he has a friendly personality. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much. I'll be back.
Exploring the south coast today felt like stepping into another world. Standing in front of the 15 Moai was absolutely powerful—so much history, mystery, and presence all in one place. It’s hard to describe the feeling of seeing them lined up, watching over the island just as they have for centuries. 🗿🌊 Then we visited the quarry where the Moai were born, imagining the incredible work and dedication it took to carve these giants from stone. And finally Anakena… a breathtaking beach with white sand, turquoise water, and Moai standing proudly nearby. Rapa Nui is truly unlike anywhere else on Earth—every place tells a story, and every moment here feels unforgettable. ✨

You could tell he knew the history and every detail of the place very well. He explained everything clearly, entertainingly and with very good energy. In addition, he answered all our questions with patience and enthusiasm. The tour was very well organized and we took advantage of every minute. I learned a lot and, at the same time, enjoyed every part of the experience. I would definitely repeat the tour and recommend it to anyone who wants to live something special.
