Due to poor time management we did not get to go to Table Mountain, the guide told me I would be contacted to get a partial refund . It’s been two days and despite reaching out to both the guide and the tour company no one has contacted me. Very disappointed/ paid for something I did not receive.
I had such an awesome day with Armando and my fellow travelers. It was a windy day so our guide Armando had to improvise starting the tour from the end to the beginning. What a beautiful trip, so many awesome inspiring images- The light house, Chapman Peak, and Table Mountain wowza!!! So many moments I just gave thanks! Thank you, Armando for a great time.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We’re delighted you had such a memorable day with Armando. This is a pretty extensive tour covering a large area with many stops. However, you need to be aware that access to some areas such Chapman Peak Drive and Table Mountain is subject to weather. Hence your itinerary may be a little different or you may not be able to visit certain areas. Our tour guide, Elie, did an excellent job mitigating the challenges but we still got stuck in line at the Table Mountain for two hours and we’re not able to see Bo-Kaap. Other than that the tour was excellent and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Cape Town for the first time.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback! We’re glad to hear you still had an excellent experience overall and that Elie did a great job navigating the challenges. You’re absolutely right weather can impact parts of the itinerary, but we always aim to make the best of every situation. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you back to explore more next time!
We had a wonderful tour! Everything was well-organized, and our guide, Enoch, was fantastic—engaging, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating to everyone in the group. He shared interesting insights and made the experience feel personal and enjoyable with great conversation throughout. The route was thoughtfully planned, offering a perfect overview of the Cape. It’s ideal for those on a short visit, while also helping longer-stay visitors get a sense of where they might want to return and explore in more depth. Highly recommended!
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear you had such a great experience on the tour and that everything was well-organized. Enoch will be so pleased to know his knowledge, engaging personality, and thoughtful approach made your day special. It’s fantastic that the route gave you a perfect overview of the Cape—just as we hoped! Whether for a quick visit or a longer stay, we’re happy the tour helped you connect with Cape Town. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you back again soon!
Great small group tour. Our guide, Enoch, was good the entire time. He shared history of the area and made sure we were well informed the entire time. I really prefer the small group tour to a large bus group because you can make good acquaintances with the rest of your party.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the small group experience — it’s a great way to connect with others while still getting a personal and in-depth tour. We’re also glad to know that Enoch took good care of you and shared the rich history of the area. We’ll be sure to pass on your compliments to him. We hope to welcome you back to Cape Town for more adventures soon!
This was our first time visiting Cape Town, and this tour was an excellent way to start the trip. The itinerary was incredibly beautiful and offered great value for money. Our guide was knowledgeable, kind, and very accommodating — especially with changes due to weather conditions. Everything ran smoothly, and we felt well taken care of throughout. Tip for South Africans: Don’t forget to bring your ID — it can get you discounted entry prices at some stops! Suggestions for future improvement: • A WhatsApp group link would be helpful for sharing photos and staying connected during the tour. • More detailed information about meeting points would be great — perhaps including images, clearer directions, or additional hotel pickup options.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We’re delighted to hear that your first visit to Cape Town started off on such a positive note and that you found the tour both beautiful and great value for money. We’re especially pleased that your guide made the experience smooth, informative, and accommodating, even with the weather changes. Thank you also for your helpful suggestions! We truly appreciate your tip about bringing ID for discounted local rates — that’s a great insight for fellow South African travelers. We’ll definitely look into creating a WhatsApp group for photo sharing and communication, as well as improving our meeting point details with clearer instructions and visuals. It was a pleasure having you on tour, and we hope to welcome you again in the future!
