Having purchased the tickets early helped us get through the line easier. Glad we had tickets for both places.
it was so fun! glass museum was so cool and being able to experience the space needle for the first time was effortless!
Admission to Space Needle and glass gardens. Just as advertised. Note there is no tour or anything included, just admission, which we expected
The Space Needle provided cool views of the city. The Chihuly Museum was PHENOMENAL!!!! Beautiful art, learned a lot about Dale Chihuly and even left with a beautiful vase! Magical! Booking our tickets this way saved us lots of money.
Bought tickets for Seattle Space Needle and Chihuly Glass and Gardens before travelling to Seattle. We stayed in Belltown so could easily walk to the Seattle Needle. Not in the nicest area of town and quite a lot of people sleeping on the streets around the needle. The needle itself was very busy quite a queue waiting for the lift to the top. Only one lift operating when we visited. Lift took us right to the top floor with the outside viewing gallery, there is a bar on this floor and also a cafe. Be warned the cafe isn’t cheap! Can of coke and an apple pie was £18 ($24). One floor down is the revolving glass floor, not too keen on that but you can stay on the solid part of the revolving floor if the glass part isn’t for you! Good shop on ground floor, Chiluly Glass exhibition is great and you can watch them blowing glass every 15 minutes. Don’t think you could visit Seattle without doing the needle, I’d say it was quite expensive but most things are in USA, glass exhibit was a pleasant surprise. Buy combo tickets to save a bit!
Amazing sights to see in Seattle. Parking close by.
While given the address of the Space Needle, I wish we had know to go straight to the box office to redeem the tickets. Viewing of Seattle was amazing. For being a beautiful weekend, it never felt crowded in the garden or the observation deck.
Great half day experience. Parking is close by, purchasing tickets ahead of time saves money and is a good value for both attractions.
My husband and myself have never been to Seattle so this was a first for us. We had to park off site but found a reasonable for Seattle parking garage and walked a few blocks. These tickets are great if you don’t know what time you will arrive as they aren’t timed entry until you get to the counter. We went right up and waited in the digital photo line which didn’t work but the history panels made it super interesting and i am glad we read that info. The elevator ride was maybe 14 mins of a wait and we were zipped super quickly and smoothly to the top. Now i am not great with heights and worried how i would do. My husband isn’t scared at all. The needle is really secure and you don’t feel wind at all. The view is really worth it and if you don’t want to go outside the view is still pretty spectacular. We shared a very warm apple pie and drink and i finally mustered up the courage for a photo on the bench on the outdoor observation area. The area is very sheltered from the wind and wasn’t cold even with the overcast weather and it was maybe 60 degrees. We could see Mt Reiner in the background. The glass museum was beautifully laid out and the info was brief but helpful. We both loved it and took great pics. It’s expensive but coupled with the blowing demonstration it was well worth it. We spent 3-4 hours total at both and grabbed lunch nearby as there are lots of options nearby. Zeeks pizza was great and they have vegan cheese which was perfect for me.
we need to go first to space needle and and get the timing to enter space needle. Then you can visit chihuly garden. IMAX is included but they close at 5pm. We did not know that and missed some shows.
