summer vacation with family

I traveled with an eight year-old and an 11 year-old on this trip and we had a great time. I thought the trip was well planned, safe, informative, and fun. our tour guide made a big effort to teach us about the mountain, its history and geology while also making sure that we were well fed rested and happy. I thought it was a nice combination of both hiking and sightseeing. I’m really glad we got to see all four sides of the mountain, which was awesome. We definitely recommend.

Great Tour for Casual Hikers!

The guide was great! He showed us so many amazing photo spots, and the ~2-hour hike was the perfect amount of adventure. Definitely worth it, especially for non-serious hikers like me! Highly recommend this tour for a great way to experience Mt. Rainier.

Day trip to Mt. Rainier.

It was a wonderful trip. The mountain was cloud covered so that was disappointing. However our guild was on point, very knowledgeable and entertaining.

Don’t Miss This!

The bus ride is kind of long, but our driver chatted along the way about the area. Lots of fun stops and beautiful scenery! I was traveling with my grandson and he didn’t bring a coat so he had to wear one of my sweatshirts because it got really cold on part of the trip. Clouds broke up just enough at the end of our excursion to be able to see the top of the mountain!

Had a great time

We decided to join the tour due to the busy season traffic in national parks and so glad we did. We had a wonderful time! Our tour guide Cory is very accommodating and experienced. Highly recommend!
