We saw Emu’s, plenty of kangaroos and some cute wallaby’s! Kiwi is a very knowledgeable and amazing guide and his explanations during the tour made it only so much better. Had a great time and 10/10 would do it again!

Absolutely loved my day trip with Sam our very attentive, entertaining, interesting and knowledgeable guide. This tour had views, beautiful lookouts snd nature💕I met Emus, Cockatoos and Kangaroos in their natural environments. The day flew!

It’s fantastic that you got to see emus, cockatoos, and kangaroos in their natural environment. We’re thrilled the day flew by and hope to welcome you on another tour soon!
Kiwi is the best guide ever! He is so nice, considerate, and knowledgable. However, we are disappointed about the trip itself. I think the main reason to go on this trip is to go to the waterfalls and hiking. Unfortunately, the waterfalls have been closed down for construction reason, which I totally understand the situation. But we didn't get any notification about that until we were on the bus. We should be informed ahead of the trip to see if we still want to go or have alternatives regarding date or routes. It's unfair to pay in full but end up with half trip. Kiwi handled this situation as best as he could. Again, he is very nice and tried to make it up to us. We really appreciated it.
Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We’re delighted you enjoyed Kiwi’s considerate guiding and wildlife encounters. We’re sorry the waterfall closures weren’t communicated earlier. Your comments are very valuable, and we’ll work on improving notifications. We’re glad Kiwi’s care helped make the day memorable.
The trip started around 7:35am and ended around 7:45pm. Total driving roundtrip was about 6hours. Spent about 3 hrs at the park. The views are amazing but 3hrs is not enough considering how many hours are spent on the road. Consider the ROI before doing the trip.
We appreciate your honest review. It’s wonderful to know you found the Grampians views amazing, though we regret the time in the park felt too short compared to the travel time. Your feedback is important to us, and we’ll take it into account when planning future tours.
My trip to the Grampians was absolutely brilliant - a very long day but most definitely worth it. Our guide, Lauren, was fun, friendly and very knowledgeable, sharing stories and information about places we passed through and stopped at and making sure we had all needs catered for, from tea, coffee, Tim Tams and toilet stops, to driving us around to find emus and kangaroos. The amount of time given at the stop-off points felt just right: the Cultural Centre, Halls Gap, Mackenzie Falls, The Balconies and Boroka Lookout, each with their own scenery and features. The Grampians also feel like a less busy place than some of the other tour destinations, and while I know I contribute to the numbers, it's sometimes hard to enjoy something fully when you're surrounded by hundreds of others! There were a lot of solo travellers like myself, but I always felt like I was part of the group and it was great to chat to people from all around the world. Thank you for a great day.
Thank you for joining our Grampians Wildlife Escape! We’re thrilled you enjoyed the scenery, wildlife, and Lauren’s guiding. Wonderful to hear the day felt welcoming and memorable 🌿🦘
Our trip to the Grampians and MacKenzie Falls was incredible. The hike down to the falls was a total leg-day workout I didn't sign up for, but the views made me forget I couldn't feel my calves! Our guide, Joe, was the absolute MVP. He’s basically a walking encyclopedia of local facts, but way more fun to be around. Even when we were running late (oops!), Joe had the patience of a saint and never rushed us. Honestly, a tour is only as good as the guide’s sense of humor, and Joe delivered. 10/10—would definitely let Joe lead me into the wilderness again!
Wow, it sounds like an epic adventure! The hike down to MacKenzie Falls definitely sounds intense, but those views make it all worthwhile. We're so happy to hear Joe was such an awesome guide -his local knowledge and sense of humor really make a difference. No worries about running late; Joe’s patience is definitely a plus! Thanks for sharing your experience - we’d love to have you back for another wild journey anytime! Vs
