We join the tour on 14/8, the Guide , Jimmy, is very professional and helpful👍🏻
We had a really enjoyable experience on this tour. The itinerary was well paced, with enough time at each stop without feeling rushed, and there wasn't too much walking, which made the whole day quite comfortable. Our guide was also very helpful throughout the trip. He recommended a place to get cheaper postcards, kept in touch with us when it was time to head back to the bus, and adjusted the itinerary depending on the weather, which was especially helpful on a rainy day. He also shared some interesting stories along the way, making the drive between stops more enjoyable. Overall, the tour felt relaxed, flexible and well organised. Our guide and driver was Jimmy Chen — thanks Jimmy for a great day!
energy. he was always looking out for me, and as a solo traveller I really appreciated it! reverse tour was fantastic as we got to beat the crowds at all the attractions, also saw 12 apostles in the morning sunlight. also spotted wild koalas and kangaroos. small group size was good too as everyone was quick to board on bus and get off, so got to see all the stops on tour including chocolaterie. overall a amazing and was a highlight of my trip to melbourne!
It is a long drive to start as you go backwards but it is totally worth it as you beat the crowds and get the views to yourself. Worth it. A long day but the views are iconic. Each stop is pretty quick but that is how you get to pack so much into your day. Bring an external charger as you’ll be taking photos the whole time !
Although 12 hours, we saw so much and the guide was so friendly, helpful, and professional that the time passed quickly. The Great Ocean Road was spectacular and a must-see. We were also able to see kangaroos, koalas, and wallabies in the wild. Thanks
Excellent from start to finish. Pete, our guide, was a top bloke with a great sense of humour. I think we were really lucky with the weather and with the wildlife - amazing koala 🐨 spotting.
Matti was a fun tour guide who kept a tight time schedule and ensured we got the most out of the day on the Great Ocean Road. We stopped at numerous spectacular viewing spots and also enjoyed seeing kangaroos, koalas and a Kookaburra!
It was a fantastic day! Marty was a wonderful & informative guide. Perfect group size, soooo much to see, and a fantastic way to see part of the Great Ocean Road.
We chose the smaller tour (8 people) which worked out very well, not only because our guide, Peter, was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging and a great sense of humour, but also because we were able to have unencumbered access at each stop. Also, because of Peter's knowledge, we were first to see Koala's, wallabees and kangaroos relatively close, again unencumbered!
Great day out. Really enjoyed all the stops. Great sightseeing and doing this tour in reverse was the best way to do it and only a small group of 12. Tour guide was very nice and never felt too rushed. Also shout out to the amazing bakery we stopped at.. had the most delicious meat pie.
