Disappointing trip

We were excited about this tour. Guide took us to Fatima. She took us to the town, gave us history which was very nice and we were able to shop a little. We then went to the church, she told us where mass was and then said she would pick us up at 1:00. We never drove by the other points of interest that were supposed to be drive-by and the. Ended the tour by dropping us off over a mile from where she picked us up. Truly a disappointing trip.

Operator response

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that our guide did cover the full itinerary, which is exclusively dedicated to Fátima, including the Sanctuary and the shepherds' houses in Aljustrel. For all shared tours, our standard drop-off point is at Marquês de Pombal square, as stated on the description of the tour . We genuinely appreciate your opinion, as it helps us improve our communication to avoid any future misunderstandings that could lead to disappointment.

Small group pilgrimage to Fatima

Great tour. Small group of four in a touring van. Excellent driver/tour guide. Joao was very knowledgeable. He gave a great amount of information during the drive. The village and basilica area were both amazing. The tour could have been a little longer to have some more free time to explore Fatima.

Spiritual Day

Our tour guide Paulo was so kind, patient and personable. He explained sites well, gave us personal time, was prompt and respectful of our overwhelming emotions when praying to Our Lady of Fatima. I would recommend you bring an umbrella just in case of spotty showers.

A beautiful spiritual experience

Great experience! This was an informative tour about the apparition of the Blessed Virgin to three children in 1918. This tour helped me understand about this event and its ramifications throughout the world!

Small-Group Fátima Sanctuary & Shepherds Village Tour from Lisbon

We had a great time on our trip to Fatima. We did the small-group Fatima Sanctuary and Shepherds' Village tour from Lisbon. Our tour guide, Andre, arrived on time at 8 am. The van was clean and very comfortable. The trip to Fatima from Lisbon was about an hour and a half. We first went to the Shepherd's Village, and we enjoyed how Andre showed us around and gave us the history of the three shepherd children who saw the apparition. We had time to shop, and then we went to the sanctuary and attended a live mass at 11 am. After mass, we bought and lit some candles and then went to the basilica. At the basilica, we saw the tombs of the three shepherd children and had an opportunity to see a matrimonial service, which was very special!    Our tour guide, Andre, was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He just graduated from college with a degree in tourism, and I know he will do a great job with all of his tours! We hope we will return to Portugal and do the Tomar tour with Andre because he knows so much about Portugal and its history. It was a perfect trip, and we highly recommend it for anyone interested in going to Fatima for a half day!
