Castro was an amazing tour guide and host. He personalized the tour and catered to our individual interests. I appreciated the local stops he made for authentic tastings. He was also very funny with a great sense of humour. He made so many stops and showed us around a lot of places within a short amount of time. He really maximized our day. Time went by so quickly with our little group of 5. I would highly recommend Castro for future tours. You won’t regret it. Thank you so much again!

Braga and Guimarães is definitely worth seeing. Going on this tour with Fred made it easy and insightful.
Bernardo was an excellent guide. He gave us a comprehensive visit and went above and beyond for the travelers. His patience, knowledge and empathy are noteworthy. Thank you!
The tour was very nice. Excellent guide Bernardo. Very professional
Beautiful eventful day. Carlos Daniel was our tour guide and was so friendly and joyous to be around! Felt like family. Definitely recommend.
My sister and I were very impressed with our small group tour on what was a very hot day (35 degrees) in mid-June. It was a group of 6 with Pedro as our guide. He was interesting, entertaining, caring and knew his history which he shared with us in an engaging way. Having a small air conditioned van was excellent on such a warm day and the drive was very comfortable. Highly recommended as an alternative to large group tours. Both cities were very interesting to visit with enough time given to explore on our own.
The whole experience was wonderful! Our guide, Pedro is what took the afternoon from 5 stars to 5++++ stars. He is funny and very knowledgeable about the sights and history of Portugal. I would recommend visiting Braga and Guimarães with someone who knows so much about the cities.
We did a one day small group tour to Braga and Guimaraes - well worth the small additional cost. Pickup was on time at our location in a comfy Mercedes van. There were only 5 of us so plenty of room and always comfortable. Luis drove like a pro and gave us a lot of background on our way to Braga. The stop at Bon Jesus was amazing and our favorite part of the trip. We stopped and were offered to walk or drive up the second half of steps to the church at the top. He was sure to show us the funicular while it was being filled with water at the top. Great tours and plenty of time for lunch and exploring Braga before we headed to Guimaraes. Couple tours there and another hour to explore on our own. There appeared to be numerous river/cruise passengers on other tours. It’s always interesting overhearing them and their lack of depth. A neighboring tour guide didn’t know the funicular was a water balanced operation - which is so unique and seen, Luis could answer any question and was a pleasure to spend the day with,
