Very average tour. And the best Football Museum I have ever seen,

I have been on so many stadium tours over europe but I would say this tour is below average,on the tour we had about 30 people the guide took us to different areas and talked briefly in english and portuguese,I also paid for audio headset for 5 euros which was a waste of time.We did find that Porto love to take your picture so that you could buy a copy when you finish the tour. The museum was incredible the best I have ever been to so much money has been spend on it and it is a credit to Porto.

Super experience

Super experience and super easy by purchasing the ticket in advance on tripadviser. No long waits. we had room to visit the museum for our stadium tour. The museum is good for an hour. Stadium tour is a lot of fun, comes to cool places like the players tunnel. We were lucky that Porto played champion and there was a whole party organized the day after the tour.

First class

First class experience. The tour was fairly short but covered everything. The guide, Julianna, was excellent, talking in Portuguese and English. The museum is amazing, particularly as entrance is free. Gives a tremendous insight into the development of Porto FC. Make sure you give yourself enough time, because you will need it. Very easy to get there by the Metro ,

Beautiful facility with uncaring people running it

Such a shame…they build a gorgeous facility but they let complete uncaring, incompetent people run it. So sad. The tour was uninteresting and the guide was lackluster. The vending machine (for water) charges you, but doesn't work. The gift shop says it can make a custom jersey, then it cannot and it can't refund your credit card either. Most of the workers are just on their phones, talking to each other and seemed disinterested. Again, a beautiful homage to FC Porto being ruined by a lame staff.

Quality visit.

Excellent package. I’m not a football fan whatsoever but I do like a museum and a tour. We visited the museum first. We took the audio tour which is an extra fee. The museum is very well laid out. There is plenty of information supporting exhibits, which is helpful if you don’t take the audio tour. My only comment would be that the lighting in the museum is very low so this may prove problematic for people who are sight impaired. The tour group was of a reasonable size. There were two guides - one leading the group and another who was making sure we were all clear of the areas that we visited. A particular area of interest was the presidential suite. A highly recommended venue.

Worth it

One of the best Football Club museums we have ever been to if I am honest. The experience overall was amazing and well worth the money. It was around 2 hours the visit all together and was definitely a great atmosphere. Average group of people was not too many and staff were very knowledgeable and informative.

Incredible museum and tour

Was gutted Porto was playing away but this more than made up for it. The best football museum I've ever been to. Incredible. So much history. ALL the trophies plus the coolest memorabilia and exhibition pieces. The stadium tour gets you pitch-side straight away then hits all the hot spots. Dugouts, changing rooms, directors box, press room. The back corridors are also amazing with all buses and fan memorabilia. Incredible Portugese tile work in the concourse too.
