Shrek's Adventure! London Entrance Ticket

I booked this for a day out for my disabled son who has cerebral palsy and autism and struggles to wait in quest and stand for long periods of time When I arrived there was a school there and the she was massive I advised a member of staff about my sons disability and showed them proof but they said there was nothing they could do I had to Que so I got back into the Que we continues to Que for an hour before we actually got into the experiance it was extremely hot with the heat wave and the staff didn’t care at all I spoke to other members of staff and a super idiot about my son but again kept being told nothing g they could do I ended up having to carry my son and at one point t he was lying on the floor while in the que the way he was treated was disgusting you should be ashamed

We had such a great time at Shrek’s Adventure! The whole experience was fun from start to finish, with brilliant actors, interactive shows, and lots of laughs along the way. The sets and effects were really well done and made you feel like you were part of the story. It was enjoyable for both adults and children, and there was something to keep everyone entertained. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun family day out, and we’d happily visit again!

The experience is great for under 5 years old but for anyone over its quite repetive. Although the actors are all great the show should be half the time for half the price

Excellent experience for young children. My nearly 3 year old who’s usually quite shy felt very comfortable getting involved with all of the characters. The characters you meet along the way are brilliant and very interactive. The tour itself is very well thought out and very good for families and Shrek lovers. 5 out of 5 stars given!

Fantastic value for money. Great staff and really great story.

Waste of money. My 6-year-old got bored very quickly and kept asking to leave. The mirror maze was particularly disturbing. I would not recommend it to anyone who suffers from claustrophobia or anxiety, as I found it quite overwhelming. I wanted to speak to a member of staff about my concerns, but no one came to help for quite some time. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and certainly not worth the money.

Very entertaining and interactive for kids and adults.

We had a Shrektacular time! 🤩 I visited earlier this week with my Son ( he has Autism & learning disabilities ) He became overwhelmed before we went inside the experience, (mostly due to a new/unfamiliar environment) the staff kindly loaned him some ear defenders which made a huge difference! 🌟 They were so amazing to him A few minutes into the experience he was laughing and dancing along, loving the storyline and wowed at the effects, the bus ride was Shrektastic! My son was smiling & laughing so much The fortune teller had us in stitches! She was hilarious ! 😆 We would definitely visit again Thank you for the amazing work guys :) We opted for the Shrek journal as a keepsake we absolutely love it and with the personalized photos too :) P.S sorry! we accidentally left with the ear defenders, I will post them back to you asap 🤗

This isn’t awful but it was just a sound idea poorly delivered. The actors speak far too quickly for children to follow and understand. The 4d experience is very low grade for 2026 The lack of meeting a range of characters is an obvious fail, that is what the kids would definitely want. There needs to be things for children to actually do in the experience. The staff (not actors) were very helpful which was great. Overall it just feels very ‘meh’ and it’s a shame as the films are so dynamic and iconic, this ‘experience’ is WAY below par given how fantastic the films are. Merlin, time for an update or upgrade or a whole new attraction as this is not up to standards that we’ve come to expect.
