Arrival instructions: Once you have collected your luggage, please proceed to arrivals area where our representative will be waiting for you with an MTS/ your name sign. Please identify yourself by showing them a copy of your booking voucher. The representative will give you the approximate time of departure of the coach from the Airport to resort (approximately 45 minutes waiting time for shuttle service) and will indicate the location of your coach. In the event of problem with your luggage, if possible, please send one person from your party to the meeting point to advice our representative/driver of the delay or call at the emergency helpline to inform. Wheelchair / Golf Bags / Surf Boards / Bicycles - for these items, transfer, should be considered as private Minibus.
