Hawaiian Airlines Domestic / Inter-Island Flights: From your baggage claim, walk out to the main curb and TURN RIGHT and walk along with traffic towards BAGGAGE CLAIM #11 / COLUMN#19 until you reach “Pre-Arranged 1”. You will find two white umbrellas as a landmark by the area. International Flights: From your baggage claim, walk out to the main curb and look for the emergency column number on the concrete columns. Walk against until column #33 and use the crosswalk to the median. You will find the overhead signage says Pre-Arranged 3. Please wait for your driver at this area. Delta and United Airlines: From inside the baggage claim area, walk towards baggage claim #31. When you get to baggage claim #31, to the right of the bathrooms, there will be a sign that reads “Pre-Arranged #5”. Walk out through the automatic doors, and you will find a waiting area. Please wait here until your driver arrives. Alaska, American, Sun Country, Omni Air, Virgin America, Southwest Airlines: From your baggage claim, walk out to the main curb and look for the emergency column number on the concrete columns. Walk against until column #33 and use the crosswalk to the median. You will find the overhead signage says Pre-Arranged 3. Please wait for your driver at this area. International Flights, Japan Airlines, Korean Air, ZipAir, JIN Air, China Airlines, Qantas Airways, Air Canada, WestJet: From your baggage claim, walk out to the main curb and look for the emergency column number on the concrete columns. Mai was our driver; she was so nice and tolerated my teenage sassy kids. She was safe, friendly and just such good customer service
Perfect ride, courteous and knowledgeable driver! Driver knew of road closure during our original pick up time so contacted us to be picked up 30 minutes earlier. We would have been greatly delayed getting to the cruise ship for our embarkation time but our driver knew the road conditions and let us know so we could avoid certain delays. We highly recommend.
Our driver took the time to check our flight schedule and arrived early so we did not have to wait. He texted us and was very informative on the drive to our hotel.
Mini bus arrived in time, driver knew my name, loaded our bags , got us to our hotel efficiently, unloaded our bags , wished us to have a great holiday

The pickup was great, great communication on where to meet! Very comfortable seating. The problem was no lei greeting as expressed in the description. And viator would not give a refund when I was dissatisfied with not receiving this Hawaiian tradition.

Not as expected. At all… please don’t be mistaken that lei service is included in this transfer. While van was clean and driver was courteous, there was a strong diesel fuel smell.

To clarify for future guests, we have never offered lei greetings on this specific transfer, which is clearly detailed in our listing's inclusions. Regarding the odor, our vans actually run on regular gasoline, not diesel. Our team fully inspected the vehicle immediately after your ride and found all systems perfectly intact, though heavy airport terminal traffic can occasionally cause outside fumes to briefly enter the A/C system.
