- Bookings made less than 24hr before the tour start time, cancellation policy still applies, and no refunds will be issued
- In the event that the US Navy suspends boat operations or for any reason, a refund will not be issued. Your tour still includes a successful pickup driving tour, providing admission to the visitor center, museums, and bookstore. Alternative options: Tour time will extend if US Navy boats resume with reasonable time. Unscanned Arizona & Missouri tickets remain valid for seven days should you wish to arrange self-transport to the memorial at another time.

Great tour! I was in the NAVY from 1985-1989 so this tour was very emotional for me. Very sad what these Military men went through. My Family was with me and my 9 yr old Son was very emotional too. Thank you for this Memorial. It is important history for the World to know what happened that very day. I recommend this tour for all ages.

This is bascially a transportation service. The driver does a short stop at a military cemetry and then drops you off at Pearl Harbor by yourself. Note: it is much cheaper to just book pearl harbor on your own and take an Uber there if you are staying in Waikiki. You can also rent a car and pay $7 to park a car. The tour guilde basically talks to you very briefly while he drives to Pearl Harbor for about 10 minutes telling you basically facts. Then, he drops you off and tell you to meet him a few hours later at the pick up spot. Your ticket only includeds pick up and drop off to and from Pearl Harbor and the memorial. Other attractions there such as the museums and VR experience all require additional payment. If I could do it over, I'd just book Pearl Harbor myself and take an uber there. It's cheaper and more efficient since you are basically just paying them to pick you up and book the tour but you could just do that yourself.

If you want to just see the USS Arizona Memorial, drive yourself. The 4 hour tour group was a waste of time to only get to spend 10 minutes at the memorial. A lot of down time waiting.
We have done the island tours on a previous visit. This was a great way to specifically visit such an important part in history in a shorter period of time and still have plenty of time to make other plans for the afternoon. Our driver, Clif, was very organized , informative and friendly.
Karma Tours was excellent and our driver was so knowledgeable about all the “fun facts” you don’t always learn about!
