Our tour guide was incredibly engaging throughout the entire experience, sharing fascinating stories about the waterfront while highlighting its rich history, architecture, and many hidden details. Even though I visit the waterfront almost every week, I had no idea about the significance behind so much of the public art and the thoughtful architectural features I pass by every day. It gave me a whole new appreciation for the area. I highly recommend this tour to both visitors and locals alike!
I would absolutely recommend this walking tour to anyone visiting the city or even to residents looking for a deeper understanding of their surroundings and the history of this dynamic city and ever-evolving waterfront. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable and shared such excitement about the city. Take some time to learn about Seattle's unique history!
This was such a fun experience! I am from Washington, and I still learned so much. I can particularly appreciate the focus on indigenous cultures! Jeannie was fun to hang with!
Amazing tour! I learned so much about Seattle’s history from Sol, the guide, and left with a wonderful sense of knowing the place better. The landscape installation at the waterfront park is also incredible!

I thoroughly enjoyed the Seattle Waterfront History Walking Tour with Jeannie. She was knowledgeable, engaging, and brought Seattle's history to life through fascinating stories and local insights. A highlight of the tour was learning about the rich Native American heritage of the region. Jeannie thoughtfully shared the history and culture of the Salish People which helped me better understand their lasting influence on Seattle and the waterfront. The tour was informative, well-paced, and enjoyable from start to finish. Whether you're a visitor or a local, it's a wonderful way to gain a deeper appreciation for Seattle's history. The tour was very informative, learned quite a bit about the origins of Seattle and how the waterfront park has incorporated the history into its design and artwork. Have lived in Seattle for a long time but this is the most informative history I have ever come across about the origins! Highly recommend!!

Thank you so much for your review and for joining us.
This was a very thoughtfully planned and executed tour. It began at a high point so that you were walking downhill until the terrain leveled out. The tour guide, Sol, was extremely knowledgeable and passionate. He pointed out things that could easily have been overlooked and filled in many details without ever losing the participants’ interest.
Thank you for your kind review and for joining us. It was a pleasure to have you.
