Love it! Steve was fantastic! The best way to learn about a new city.
The tour was a great way to get an overview of the city especially if you are on a short visit! Our guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Great tour Great tour guide Better than expected. Entertaining, good pace, friendly
It was a great overview of Seattle. We got to see different neighborhoods including West Seattle which was lovely. Our guide was very knowledgeable & friendly. Her microphone had a little technical difficulties but everything was great.
This tour was excellent for our family which includes two teenagers. Bryan was a great guide! He held our attention well and was very knowledgeable about the area. The 3 hour experience flew by! It was nice that we had several stops where we exited the bus and had an allotted amount of time to explore on our own. This was our first trip to Seattle, and I really felt like the tour was well worth the money and that it gave us a great overview of the city.
So appreciated the revised pick-up spot to avoid the Pride Parade festivities. The guide had a great knowledge of the area and answered all questions. Appreciated the stops as well.
Entertaining and informative. John the tour guide was funny and educational. Highly recommended
The main concern is that the tour was expected to last 3 hours but ultimately ran about 45 minutes longer, which disrupted our hotel check-in and dinner plans. Our tour guide was a very nice fellow with a heart of gold. However, the tour started off very slowly when he asked everyone where they came from, what brought them to Seattle, and similar questions. That introduction took nearly 20 minutes of the planned three-hour tour, and once people began sharing, it was difficult to keep the conversation brief. We also took several bathroom breaks, which were appreciated, but the timing of those stops could have been managed more tightly. At one point, we were kept waiting while one guest took a smoke break, and by then the schedule was clearly slipping. Also, there were some off-color comments by the tour guide that didn’t land well and were awkward. As the tour continued past the expected end time, we told our tour guide that we needed to be back no later than 4:15. We did not return to the drop-off spot until 4:30, and we still needed to check into our hotel. Because of the delay, we eventually had to cancel our dinner reservations. I understand that it is wise not to schedule activities too closely together, but a tour advertised as lasting 3 hours should stay much closer to that timeframe. In the future, it would help if introductions and breaks were kept on a stricter schedule so guests can plan the rest of their day with confidence.
Hi Joanne, Thank you for your feedback! We understand you had a tight schedule and you were hoping for a more timely experience. While we do our best to keep our tours to 3 hours, the 3 hours does not account for pickup and drop off time. We start our pickups 30 minutes ahead of the tour, so 30 minutes is pretty in-line with our drop-offs on most days. We mention this in our tour listing and advise guests not make other commitments close to the tour ending, especially if you still need to get from the drop-off point to another location (hotel, restaurant, etc). We hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay in Seattle!
The glass floor is breathtaking. Be forewarned and the multiple views of Seattle make it a must see-even if you were born here and took it for granted
Lucinda seemed to possess a good knowledge of the area and kept the tour interesting positive person
