Overview but lacking detail

A full day bus ride with time to wander the three cities. The guide altered from English to Spanish so was not always available to answer immediate questions. The guide quickly pointed out things then left participants to wander on their own so not much detail given. It’s best to study before participating so you know what you want to do in the one hour time slots for wandering in Rotterdam The Hague and Delft

Three Cities, Too Little Time

Our guide was excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and clearly doing their absolute best to manage the logistics. They squeezed every ounce of value out of the day that was humanly possible, but even the best guide can't warp time. While I appreciate the effort of the staff, I do not recommend this tour. It tries to do too much and ends up doing very little justice to any of the locations. If you are visiting Amsterdam, you are much better off picking one of these cities and taking the train yourself. You’ll see one city deeply rather than three cities through a window. Save your money and your energy for a more relaxed pace.

No good news here…

Two things. The tour guide sent a message that stated the check in time ends 15 minutes prior to boarding. If you miss that check in time, you will be denied boarding. So we got there early, the ticket people were scrambling to open shop. At 8:15 they said the tour was canceled. Really, how nice….

This tour was quite...

This tour was quite disorganized. The ticket gave 2 instructions to 2 meeting places so I decided to email the company to make sure. They replied with a third meeting place! If I hadn’t reached out to them, I’m sure I would’ve missed the tour. Most of the people were confused and were already tired from going back and forth from the meeting places before the tour even began! This was just poor planning. The tour itself was underwhelming. There was nothing to do or see in Rotterdam. The Hague would’ve been nice to explore but we didn’t. The only nice stop was Delft but there wasn’t much time. It was a long day but it felt like not much was accomplished. A shorter excursion to Delft might have been better.

Overall nice experience....

Overall nice experience. Tour guide spoke too much on the coach. Also, not enough time in Rotterdam and arrive too early so most of the food vendors were not open at the Markhal. The Hague was closed and under renovations. It would have been move to know that before hand.

Operator response

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you had an overall nice experience, though we’re sorry that the timing and closures affected your visit. Your comments about the schedule and communication are very helpful, and we’ll share them with our operations team to improve future tours. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know and hope to welcome you again for an even better experience.

Not on the top of my list!

Would have preferred a smaller group! Not much that you couldn't explore on your own! The last part of the trip was rushed!

Average Experience

Overall it's quite an average tour and itinerary. The tour guide though sincere, was quite boring and monotonous. Worst was the driver switched off the ventilation 10 to 15 minutes before the tour ended in Amsterdam. Got really hot and suffocating

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that parts of the tour did not meet your expectations and that the bus conditions were uncomfortable. We appreciate your comments about the guide and driver, and we’ll share them with our team to help improve the experience for future guests.
