I booked through Booking.com, however, they were doing it in partnership with Giraffe Hotizons. While I wouldn't rate my experience with Booking.com as great in this occasion, Tafa from Giraffe Horizon Tours was extremely helpful. I booked in the evening on a Saturday for the next day which was a Sunday at 13:00. Even though I called Tafa in the evening for Assurance that all had gone through, he was friendly and calm with his guidance. I also explained that I had ended up booking the 4th person as an adult because the app rejected to book 2 different types of tickets for people in the same group. He assisted to fix that. His aftersales service was delighting. I would book with Giraffe Horizon Tours again if an opportunity arises. The ferry was clean and not too full. The crew members were very professional but friendly. The tou lasted about 2 hours 30 min.
Diffficult to hear tour guided Speaker in buses are old and do not conduct sound well Overall tour little boring
Ordering the tickets was a·little challenging. Actually obtaining the tickets was VERY challenging. It took 20 to 30 minutes at the ticket counter at the museum/ferry dock to finally get the tickets.
Truly speaking the architecture of apartheid was evil. We salute the wisdom of SA people to consider the interest of the country over personal egoism
Great place to honour anti apartheid leader. Forgiveness has been preach as approach to enable SA to emerge from their dark past
Wow. This place is real emotional but it is a source of South African wisdom to non racial society. Wisdom , educational and reconciliation
