Itinerary
Our first stop! Bolivia is known for its wide variety of potatoes. On this first visit you will taste the famous potato filling, which can be filled with cheese, chicken or beef. which you must accompany with the house sauces
On our second stop we will taste anticucho! a dish made with beef heart accompanied by potatoes and our traditional spicy peanut sauce, ideal for cold nights in the city
On our third stop we will try an emblematic snack of the Bolivian cities located in the Andes mountains. Api con pastel consists of a thick purple corn drink accompanied by a fried empanada covered in powdered sugar.
With the sun receding on the horizon, we visited the best viewpoint in the city to appreciate the city and its impressive topography.
Our last stop will take you to explore a little of the variety of liquors of Bolivian origin. At this stop you can choose between a drink based on singani (liquor made from grapes), or red wine from southern Bolivia.
